You all sound like me. Love the game but was never a great player. Always thought it would be fun to have a guild for players like us. I might play again. Sub just ran out.
@@amvlabs5339 please refrain from name calling just because we disagree. You can't just slap ray traced shadows onto a dated graphics engine and claim its modernised. They're still missing a plateau of features including physically based rendered materials, a basic unified physics system which incorporates character/ragdoll physics and cloth simulation (all of the older gear and even much of the newer ones sticks and stretches on the character). I could go and on about missing features. I will say that what they managed to squeeze out of the engine is impressive on its own (some small degree of ray tracing, some 4k textures, better draw distances), but it is STILL heavily dated by todays standards there's no denying it.
Standard reminder that in my videos I combine both the older original themes of the zone and the newer Cataclysm additions. I did cut out a number of less relevant tracks for the sake of audio consistency, namely one (jarringly out of place) PvP track, all Goblin tracks from Everlook, and something else. I forgot. Something that didn’t sound right. Anyway, the moment World of Warcraft: Classic will be out (in 2078) I’ll make another version of this video.
My favorite zone. It simply reminds me of why I love Winter so much. The absolute beauty of the pure white stillness. The harsh cold reminding me of our mortality, and thus inspiring me to live my life fuller.
I remember my first trip to Winterspring. I was on a Tauren Hunter, who had just done finished up Felwood and met the Furbolgs there. Befriended them. Navigated their confusing as heck Den and was greeted...to snow. I can never fully describe the sheer wonder I felt just enjoying the music and the environment. Simpler times..
Winterspring is one of several Kalimdor zones I never experienced, despite the fact that I started playing WoW in its first year. It's amazing how much mystique the game still holds for me. Hopefully I'll have WiFi in my nursing home when Classic releases so I can explore the places I never got to see before Cataclysm.
Winterspring is one of my favorite zones ever. I love the snow and ice of the place. It feels different walking around here than like in northrend or the alliance dun murogh..it has an enchanted feeling and also like you have to stay on guard as well since many enemies. Probably top 3 fav zones in game
Even reading that gave me PTSD flashbacks about that dreaded level gap. So many endless hours killing furbolgs and pretending that Timbermaw Hold rep would be worth it.
Thank you for helping with my anxiety and insomnia at night. World of Warcraft helps me but when I cannot play and trying to relax and get the full panic attacks down I come here.
I always put one of these WoW music and ambience videos on before I go to bed, and it's really nice because with each different zone comes different music with different memories and different emotions and it's so nice to be able to think about all the good old times way back when, rather than work the next morning and just generally stuff that causes anxiety. These videos honestly help me out a lot, just wanted to throw out a lil thank you. ❤️
I remember leveling my ret paladin here from 58-almost 60 grinding undeads on the frozen lake. So long ago, but the memory of me grinding there is still so vivid till this day. Just some core memories about the game I will never forget.
My favorite area...loved the snow theme and questing in vanilla looong time ago back in 2006....ah the nostalgia for this wonderful magical mysterious world is hard to get over.
These videos help me a lot with writing my thesis. I allow myself to only listen to this music while I'm doing research and writing the assignments. It brings me a lot of memories from the past which motivates me to study more frequently. Thanks!
I will never forget wow classic during lockdown. I found a part of myself that I thought was lost and it was such a beautiful time playing this game three years ago(2020) with my buddies in discord just world pvping on my warrior and shit talking horde. A young man in me will always crave that time again but even then I knew it would not last... like a brief rainbow after a thunderstorm before it is lost forever in time.
I think Winterspring is such a great zone because it's high-level but it's very peaceful, still. There's a certain realism in that, considering it's located so much to the north. Thank you for this!
I just wanted to say that I appreciate the effort you put towards creating these videos of WoW music. I've always wanted access to listening to the music of WoW when I'm not playing the game. And here it is. Cheers.
This is the zone I hit level 60 in, by grinding random mobs. I’ll never forget the feeling of hitting 60, my whole guild telling me “GRATZ!”, and then imagining what was to come, the sense of wonder and apprehension at the same time. Winterspring was beautiful.
I was adventuring in Winterspring when the Scourge invasion hit, pre-Wrath. So incredible, knowing that there were more adventures to come! Thank you for posting this. I still play, and this makes me want to play more.
I remember traveling through this earthen tunnel and all sudden I stand in this magical white land full of big trees and mountains. Later on I farmed so much herbs in this zone and I was especially exicted when I obtained a black lotus :)
Hi Everness, i just wanted to say thank you for constantly uploading so nice experiences from the past. i really appreciate your work! Keep up the good work. :) Greetings from Germany!
I ding'ed 60 in this zone during vanilla while farming tiger pelts. Because of that, it is nostalgic to me, but my all-time favorite vanilla zone will always be the Plaugelands.
Maaannnn..... I remember spending a LOT of time in this zone... Everness, I know you hear this a good bit, but thank you... I truly love(d) this game. It would be near impossible for me to find the time to get back into it though, now that I have other priorities and obligations, but these videos are like the next best thing. Pretty sure I listen to your channel daily while working and it always takes me back. Thank you for what you do, I hope your channel's success is giving you some extra $$!
I understand.... I'd love to live in this world again, but I cannot. For every moment in WoW is a moment where I grow weaker in reality, and homelessness, sickness and having no relationships isn't fun.
I had an amazing luck to beat 53 lvl in Winterspring right to the time, when New Year celebreated in my country. Snow in game. Snow outside. New Year holidays in real life. Winter events in Wow. And my guild, that also celebrated NY in game with me. What an incredible memories of childhood.
I remember trying to hit lvl cap on my warrior. I discovered Winterspring at the height of the corrupted blood incident. I was able to hide here and complete my leveling journey. Thank you, Winterspring.
Played during Wrath, came here after the DK starting zone because plague lands were also so full of other players. This forgotten gem of a land will always be one of my favorite parts of the game. Now I use this music when writing fantasy.
These vids are fantastic. I started playing during BC but am looking forward to Classic WoW release so I can visit places like Winterspring in their former glory again.
this had some black lotus spawns that were rare but amazing to get, the demons at the end of the map were fun to solo as a frost mage, vanilla really was an amazing time to play wow.
I'm not sure if you read all of the comments (they're usually really sweet so I would!) but I hope you read this; thank you so much for all of your hard work. I'm pretty sure I can thank your videos for getting me through my first year of college (just a week left) with my sanity intact. Keep up the great work.
Yes! Maybe even Timeless Isle at some point? Fingers crossed... that zone had such beautiful and relaxing ambience and I can't find ANY videos on RUclips that do it justice. Most are low quality and under 20 minutes. Thank you for all your videos & efforts - I enjoy them almost daily.
Thank you! I have to mention, Timeless Isle has zero dedicated tracks. It's all just a mix of music from the mainland zones. I should still make a video though, for those who search for it on RUclips.
i remember this place when i desperately trying to achieve my Exalted achievement by killing those mobs and completing quest god old days back then i was 22 now i'm 30 life is sad
There was so much emphasis on mystique and adventure in vanilla. A “world” of Warcraft. I wish Blizz would remember that in future developments, wow has lost that feel.
I love this zone, especially as someone who can't get into Alliance characters it took me a while to finally get to a zone with winter setting. The music is a bit as if Tirisfal and Azshara had a baby, with some extra elements mixed in.
Spent most of my wow days here grinding for the ewok trinket, I finally got it and summoned him in orgrimmar. It was quite the experience in 2006. Defender of the timbermaw
The world in WoW is so huge but large parts of it like Winterspring is a sad, desolate place . MMO games should have MMO experience, people everywhere.
I've been wanting to quest in Winterspring for so long now, but I keep postponing my visit.. With music like this though, I definitely have to go soon :D!
This reminds me of when WoW was still mystical and full of wonder... A time where you wondered where they would take WoW. You wondered about certain ruins etc. That is all gone now, and the game has been streamlined and mainstreamed, but I will never forget the early WoW.
Those tunnel furlborg are one of my 25 excalted factions on my lvl 70 intelligence shaman, and i have Albino Dragon. My only dragon mount btw.. This is why i spend some time in Winterspring.
This area reminds me of my dad who farmed the winterspring frostsaber. RIP dad miss you
I sank thousands of hours into this game and never became great at it but I loved it.
Haha same. Capped many times but never got really high end sadly
I love this game but never really understood pvp an i did the average difficulties on raids lol
And I ate all of you like a jungle monster
You all sound like me. Love the game but was never a great player. Always thought it would be fun to have a guild for players like us. I might play again. Sub just ran out.
We all didn't actually... I think true player of wow would never know all of wow and would never be perfect to the game
The atmosphere they managed to create with such simple graphics is so amazing.
they weren't that simple
@@amvlabs5339 yes, they are. They are PS2 levels of simple. Maybe they've managed to sneak up on late PS3 era with the latest expansion.

The power of art direction. Blizzard used to be the very best with it.
Your videos make my life better and I'm happy you exist
That goddamn tiger, man. So much of my middle school afternoons spent grinding for that thing

Live long, play WoW Classic :D
What does your "in 2078" in last sentence mean? years?
I think classic will be out some time after blizzcon 2018. Probably after the second raid of BfA.
2078 lmao!!
Summer of 2019. Can't wait

Well, at level 57-58 when you ran out of quests (literally), this is where you murdered furbolgs, gaining exp, rep, and the occasional herb
Even reading that gave me PTSD flashbacks about that dreaded level gap. So many endless hours killing furbolgs and pretending that Timbermaw Hold rep would be worth it.
Lorequest I think the solution could have been that you gain exp for gaining rep for other major factions. perhaps in vanilla
I love purplish color on a white canvass, full of snow, it is beautiful. Truly magical.
00:48 I'll never forget the beauty of this music, and the chills it makes me feel...

Its the music and visuals for me. Thank you so much for a such a great vibe
The grind for the Wintesaber has forever etched that music into my brain.
My dad got it in vanilla. I was so jealous lol
I got it in BC over the course of 2 days. I think I grinded for 36 hours all up. To this day it was worth it

What a nostalgia trip! Your content is the best. Thank you!
Haunted 2 is my favorite track
I love taming the frost chimeras here and the Linken quest line. Very nice zone.
WOW you actually did it for me. Thank you so much, my favourite youtuber
Beautiful zone, beautiful soundtrack. It was just so immensely atmospheric. One of my absolute favorite places in vanilla
Wonderful! And extremely relaxing. Makes me think of the grind for Timbermaw reputation. Good times. Thanks for uploading! 😊
Played during Wrath, came here after the DK starting zone because plague lands were also so full of other players. This forgotten gem of a land will always be one of my favorite parts of the game. Now I use this music when writing fantasy.
Every time I level a new toon in Wow I do this zone! It is so amazing!
same here! very beutiful and cozy zone
Druid Grove song...amazing!
Best winter teritory in wow. Id loved to level up here! :)
Used to love mining and herb gathering late night here hours on end. Favourite area in the game.
And my new favorite video, complete with Night Elves piece. Thanks!
My 2nd fav zone. Used to farm winterspring fire water there with my brother pluz hitting 60

Thank you a lot!!! One of the most favourite zones!!!:)
Gosh. Music from WoW Classic is simply majestic
This wasn't from vanilla. The music was updated in cataclysm.
I listened to this music so many times over, farming for a blue dragon minion.
2:10 to 3:15 is such a beautiful and simple piece of music. (Edit 1 hour later:) And the rest of it too!
A like just isnt enough, thank you so much for this! One of my favorite zones!
i love those songs for studying and get concentrated

Funny how this icy cool scenery relaxes you during a hot day!

definitely! i mean when we are going to finally have a decent sized map in expansion instead of 5 zones..
@Spam Spammy We had 6+2 in BFA and those 6 were decently sized, while one out of those other 2 was big (Nazjatar) as well.
The original game had 5 years development time.
I love this zone, especially as someone who can't get into Alliance characters it took me a while to finally get to a zone with winter setting. The music is a bit as if Tirisfal and Azshara had a baby, with some extra elements mixed in.
new winter spring part is just magic !
Great music for writing epic fantasy! Thanks for this
YES! This is glorious
Grinding for that frostsaber was painful. Still, best looking tiger mount imho.
This is what wow music should be. enchanting haunting subdued mood setting.
I dinged level 60 for the first time in Winterspring!
Ahhh... being a dwarf hunter... strolling through the snow. Nostalgia hurts too much.
Another track to add to my Calm collection.
Spent most of my wow days here grinding for the ewok trinket, I finally got it and summoned him in orgrimmar. It was quite the experience in 2006. Defender of the timbermaw

Yesssss killing it with the new uploads thx
Ah.. my epic hunter quest.. It hurts to remember.. all the pain, frustration.. What I wouldn't give to have that again...
i love this zone, play here in a old rainy night ...
I love that they pull music from Elwyn and it has a bit of a wintery twist.

Level 58 is very close, but I don't want to leave just yet :(
Omg, Winterspring, I love this so much! It's a shame you cut out the Everlook music, though, that's what made this place even more amazing to me.
I thought the tonal shift was too noticeable and distracting. Sorry if it made the video worse for you.
No worries dude, I'm just glad to have these videos at all. But I'd be overjoyed if you ever did one of Everlook/Gadgetzan/etc!
There's going to be a Goblin compilation at some point in the future. Maybe right after Battle for Azeroth? We'll see.
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS
Now i can relive me farming the winterspring tiger all over again!
This is the good stuff.
