robbielex all that tells me is that you're terrible at distinguishing cars. My wife is the same way so don't feel bad. Btw where do you live? If in the US you didn't see this car ...it isn't out yet here. 2-3 more weeks.
kawasabi1 you wanna wrench on a 2018 Mercedes? Yeah tempting I know but I'll stick with a covering and wrench on my vintage motorcycle. Good thought though.
True Gamer191x1 And? They still all look GREAT. Their older models from back in the day all looked similar too. It gives the brand an identity. All manufacturers are doing this now.
SDav21 It's funny how a lot of Benz fans criticize and bash Audi with the "Same sausage, different size" idiotic approach. Now that Mercedes is doing the same thing, all they can say is "So what, it looks great"? C'mon...
Audi was ahead a couple years ago.. imo, Mercedes is taking the edge right now. BMW is too proud too change. The drop off of their M series (according to some experts) a once untouchable series is also kind of telling. It might in the long run (financially for Mercedes ) be a mistake to have so many different models, only time will tell.
HeliEnthusiast They basically look the same inside and almost the outside too, with a few different lighting cues, but it's like all of the sedan and coupe segments look exactly the same
Let's clarify something -- when it comes to luxury autos, the word "need" doesn't play a role. Options, tastes, nuance ,presence ,feeling --- all words I associate with a luxury vehicle purchase. Yes they (recent merc coupes)carry a design theme , no they're not all alike. Go to a dealer and stand/sit next to all of them at the same time and you'll see what I'm talking about. I don't mind options-- I do question decisions from merc from time to time but I like the philosophy of having options.
Yon Yonson It looks oh so classy and elegant. Not boring at all especially in real life. It has such a graceful stance and has quite a strong road presence. This is good design that ages well. Their previous models became dated very quickly. These types of designs rarely need a refresh.
I dont know man, it's subjective but I still like the previous E coupe better, it had it's own unique look and you knew exactly what it was, but when I see this car on the road it takes me a second to figure out if it's a C class or not. Now pretty much every car in their lineup looks the same.
when will Benz ever change them ugly rear seat cup holders into a armrest cup holder folding from the rear center seats?
Stunning
It really looks good! Not bad at all.
Gorgeous car.
my mom has the 2013 model, this is a step up
Could Mercedes-benz expand the partnership with Renault-Nissan with sport cars ?
Looks like a late model accord coupe..which isn't bad
Very nice. I'd swap out the air suspension for racing coilovers.
Nice car
Looking a lot like a mid 1980s Japanese car.
What the song name?
E63 AMG Coupe? Or S63 Coupe?
Jacob Lechtenberg there is no e 63 coupe bro
Last years model was also a true E. The CLK series was last C Class based coupe
I...like.
I came up behind one of these on the highway and I thought it was an Accord Coupe until I was close enough to see the logo.

bro i live in canada and ive seen this today lol i had to come look it up
Exterior looks nice and simple. I just wonder with all the attention to design they still cover the engine with a big ugly plastic shield.
kawasabi1 you wanna wrench on a 2018 Mercedes? Yeah tempting I know but I'll stick with a covering and wrench on my vintage motorcycle. Good thought though.
Looks really nice, but I think I'll put those car payments into my mortgage principal instead. Thanks though.
You're right--- if you have to make that kind of choice this car isn't for you
HeliEnthusiast says the man who doesn't own one, lol.
Actually I just got mine delivered 3 weeks ago, thanks for asking. Beautiful selenite grey , enjoying it immensely. :)
HeliEnthusiast rofl... sure you did:)
its probably an accord coupe, with black wheels.
greg baird any thoughts? or is the sense of embarrassment and inadequacy paralyzingly your ability to type all those "ROTFL" ?
$59k? Wait 7 years when it's worth less than $10k. Then buy one, but only if your best friend is a great mechanic.
smithraymond09029 sounds like you'd better hope it is
smithraymond09029 they are still twice that at 7 years. In decent condition.
m.ebay.com/itm/192223671354?_mwBanner=1
its 95k
no, in 7 years it will still be a pretty modern car. That's how Mercs work...
Well now it’s 35k on average and sure it’s almost 7 years lol 😂
Lol new Honda and Toyota are copying German designs 😂😂
you cut your hair... im saddened.
he didnt cut his hair
they all look alike

The Man I never complained about Audi design. I always thought they looked good. A bit clinical...but good looking nonetheless
I don't bash Audi, BMW, or Benz. They're all making beautiful cars right now.

the driver finally got his hair cut and looks like an adult...
I hate that Mercedes is making every sedan class a coupe too... Then there's no need to buy a S-Class when you can get the same motor from an E-Class
Carlton Tickles so you hate options --- ok cool

2 door coupes are sooooo 80s.
A coupe is a 2 door, that says the name itself.
Rick2010100 You and I know that but Merc and Audi have 4 door coupes (CLS and A7)... hence I double downed.
Thats are no coupés thats saloons and they advertise them also as coupé like or coupé style design.
Stupid comment. I guess sedans are soooo 1950s too. **eye roll**
Ok come on this is a boring looking car.

But I'll admit the interior is a huge step up
From the 3/4 view it looks nice, but from everywhere else it's starting to look a bit soccer mom-ish.
