I think it's a hoax, because there were hotter times(even droughts) long, long before there was a carbon footprint or emissions. Some of our record high temps for a given area were 70 or 80 years ago...

The climate changes naturally but the climate change we’re experiencing now is happening at a way faster rate than what has happened before which prevents us from adapting accordingly and which leads to a drastic increase in all sorts of natural disasters
just curious. Looking at the 50 million year chart for temperature data, it clearly shows a pattern which repeats over and over varying a few degrees at specific times. The trend we're on now looks to be completely in line with trending before we even existed. We may not have experienced this or even survive this but is it not generally normal for the planet in terms of temps?
There’s absolutely natural events contributing too, the current event of the El Ninio is a brilliant example of this. the problem is the peak from around the 50s which peaks abnormally compared to today the past.
I thank you for the response though it still leaves the question: Even if we are contributing to make it hotter by a few degrees, in the long run its not going to matter is it? The planet (according the 50million year data) will get much much hotter even if we ceased all carbon emissions and gases tomorrow. The seemingly only hope is if we invent some incredible technology to deal with it or colonize another planet. @@planetonepointfive

Alright, disregarding the random character attack at the beginning, I'm going to focus on the latter part of your statement. It's been said so many times now, but apparently not enough! Climate != Weather. Weather is the short term, individual events in a system, and we for the most part can't control it; there are some studies into the efficacy of cloud seeding to increase the occurrence of rain, but that's beside the point. Climate, on the other hand, is the long-term averages of a system, it's the general state of it. When Arizona has a chilly day, it doesn't mean it has a cold climate. Similarly, just having any single cold day doesn't discount the earth's general trend of warming. Would you like to continue bullying random people, or do you want to talk about the actual science?

We need to keep investing in them. But let’s not get blindsided by technology that aren’t ready to solve the carbon issues yet. Also, although carbon is hugely important it’s critical to remember it’s not the only challenge in this.
@@planetonepointfive I tend to agree with Bjorn's point that people are going to use fossil fuels even if the West abandons them. The UK causes 1% emissions so best make sure we crack down on them hard.

There is a correlation between weird coloured hair and the tendency to be a freaking dingbat.

Humans are manipulating it with GEO engineering i. The HAARP Programme, causing floods and they then say it's climate change.
