We’ve always been like it since we were dating and we both agreed that being LDR for 2 years was the reason why we prefer to be with one another all the time lol 😆 Since we both work from home now, it’s always a party and we just love it each other’s presence. Hello! I'm using Winsor & Newton Promarkers, they are a cheaper alternative to Copic Ciao markers (to achieve a similar effect). I bought mine on Amazon as they aren't available in our art stores, but maybe in yours? 😊

Understand what you mean completely- never sick of being in the same place as my wife even if we are doing different things, we both like the fact we can just walk into the other room and talk if we wanted to, or cuddle if we need to. The only downside to this is the dog is never sure who he wants to sit with.
he is back! and awwwww, we can't wait to get a dog as well, it sounds like a perfect dilemma :P But that will have to wait until we move into a different apartment, maybe next year~

That's funny I didn't know the stores are still closed on sundays in Germany. I'm from the Netherlands and that was pretty much the case throughout my childhood, but for atleast 8-10 years now pretty much all stores are open on sunday, because people love shopping in the weekend + separation of church and state and all :p
Ah when I lived in Eindhoven 6 years ago, almost everything was closed too. Except the malls were opened only till 12.30pm on Sundays! (which i couldn't go too because i would sleep past noon 🤣) Nice that they're opened now!
Hill, I’ve been wanting to write to you but kept having seconds thoughts until now. I’m going through moving out of my hometown to be in may husbands hometown. It has been tough. Do you have any tips for getting used to being away? And to live in a place so different from your own?
Ahh. The biggest advice I can give is to reframe your thinking. Don't think about it as you are "moving away from home" or sacrificing anything, but rather starting a beautiful new chapter of your life, having another place on earth to call home & a chance to experience new stuff in a brand new place ☺️ You can have multiple homes and love them just as much!
My husband and I were long distance for 2 years. It seemed like forever. After we got married, he became a firefighter and is gone every third day for 24 hours. I miss him so I use those nights for special treats like painting my toenails or making a quilt. We have been married for 26 years so I think it works💚

That's funny I didn't know the stores are still closed on sundays in Germany. I'm from the Netherlands and that was pretty much the case throughout my childhood, but for atleast 8-10 years now pretty much all stores are open on sunday, because people love shopping in the weekend + separation of church and state and all :p
Ah when I lived in Eindhoven 6 years ago, almost everything was closed too. Except the malls were opened only till 12.30pm on Sundays! (which i couldn't go too because i would sleep past noon 🤣) Nice that they're opened now!

Ahh. The biggest advice I can give is to reframe your thinking. Don't think about it as you are "moving away from home" or sacrificing anything, but rather starting a beautiful new chapter of your life, having another place on earth to call home & a chance to experience new stuff in a brand new place ☺️ You can have multiple homes and love them just as much!
My husband and I were long distance for 2 years. It seemed like forever. After we got married, he became a firefighter and is gone every third day for 24 hours. I miss him so I use those nights for special treats like painting my toenails or making a quilt. We have been married for 26 years so I think it works💚

I am from Germany and currently starting to study Media design (?) I am actually not sure if that the right word for it, it word for word translated to English xD Anyways- I was just watching the part were you were telling us about Pat telling you "Knödel" were some vietnamese food and tbh I did not know. I always thought it would be some kind of a Bavarian food that goals along with "Schweinebraten" xD because my parents love to eat it that way.
Did you by any chance try the "Semmelknödel" ? Sadly I am not sure what these are called in English but they taste pretty good and if you fry them in a pan it tastes even better! So I recommend giving it a chance :>
