My car was having slow start issues and then finally no start. No cranking at all. Swapped the battery, starter relay and starter yet no start. After replacing the starter now its throwing a code p1659. Could this be the issue why the car wont start?

Try cranking it using the relay and go backwards from there. (reverse the way it would happen in the vehicle)

Have someone program the latest Calibration into the ECU if that does not fix the problem replace ECU and reprogram to latest calibration.
That one is one of those I would not test. Rare but feasible in this case.

One look and smell. I would have kindly refrained from working on it. He’s looking for someone to blame for his screwups. 😮
