Thanks for sharing your review of the Bach Daydream 50L Backpack! It's always helpful to hear feedback from someone who has actually used a product on a long-distance trek. The fact that this could be your favorite backpack for trekking so far definitely makes me want to check it out. Can't wait to see more of your outdoor adventures and gear recommendations! 🌲🏕

Hi Aelita! Thank you so much for your kind words. I have the same, always when someone tells me they love a product, I am more interested in purchasing that product myself. It is a great backpack. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask!

Thank you for this review. My Bach Daydream 55L Large Backpack is my favourite two/three days weekend backpack! I have problems with my neck and left shoulder so I need a stable rucksack with an excellent hipbelt that transfers most of the weight to my hips and relieves my shoulders. This backpack does it. Your remark about the straps is correct: personally I don't like the long straps for closing the top compartment. I have and earlier model with a fixed small pocket on the hipbelt and the side pockets are without mesh. If I would loose this rucksack, I would rebuy it, because it meets my needs.

I couldn't agree more. This backpack is so sturdy, robust and has the perfect frame (for me and also for you!). It is a really good backpack and I can't wait to take it out on my next adventure. Thank you for sharing

Thanks for the review. I’m thinking between Bach daydream 50 and osprey atmos 50 ag. What will be your recommendation ?not many review about Bach…

Both are great packs but we only tried the Daydream for ourselves. Best is to try them both and decide for yourself. Backpacks are really a personal preference and can depend on multiple things. But quality wise you can’t go wrong with either of them. Hope this helps a bit?

Do you think it can be compressed enough to work as a carry on ?

    • @Hikaholics

Great question! Mine is never accepted as a carryon. But that is also because I have trekking poles in that bag and those are only allowed in check in baggage… if there is nothing in the bag, it’s actually pretty small.

@@Hikaholics Thank you for getting back :) ! So it's not accepted because of the trekking poles? We are really thinking of buying two, and thought if it might be possible to make it small enough for go through, sorry for all the questions, but can you take out the frame and / or compress it enough to be that small (55cm height ish) ?

@Seri-s8r the people at the security told me that it wasn’t accepter because of the trekking poles and my camera tripod (they see those as weapons apparently 😂). You can’t take out the frame! I have the regular and the backpanel is 60 cms long, however, it is flexible. No worries about the questions! Always happy to help. Sorry for the delayed answer, somehow these replies get lost 🥲

I checked it in as cabin luggage! It’s a bit to big (if fully packed) for cabin luggage
