    Each workout of the competition involves specific equipment and movement standards, and each member of the team is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the workout description.
    The top 25% of teams from the Open are invited to compete in the second virtual stage of the CrossFit Games season. The top 30 teams in each region will compete at their respective in-person Semifinal.
    Score Submission Windows
    → Window 1: Wednesday, April 3, 12 p.m. PT-Saturday, April 6, 5 p.m. PT.
    → Window 2: Saturday, April 6, 5 p.m. PT-Monday, April 8, 5 p.m. PT.

    I almost like team events better than individual since they have more strategy IMO. You have to pick the members wisely and also know how to pace as a team.

    I will never understand why 315 for men is 205 for women and not 215
