You keep counting your fetches for total lands when they don't count (the ones you've used anyways). The flood isn't as bad as it is if you don't double count. EDIT: Also, consider Mutavault as a 1-2 of to get Gravecrawlers from your gy without Soultrader. (can also work with Chthonian after a board wipe or similar)
They do count once they are out of the deck and I draw another. I count how many are gone vs how many I could draw at a given moment. Mutavault is interesting over aether hub.
