A small project like that feel great, because opening and closing the door is key to everything else. Working with old brittle plastic is rough, I end up handling and pulling everything apart like a sweaty bomb technician.
Double Glazed windows keep the car quieter. They also insulate and help keep heat or cold out. And they typically also won’t fog up in colder moths. Armored cars the windows would be like 5 inches thick. Lol beautiful car! I love mine. You really should have also disconnected the battery. Many times when the airbag in the door is reconnected the air bag will deploy. Kind of scary cause it’s like right in your face.
I really want to tackle doing a paint correction on it and really make it look awesome but I need to wait until it gets to live in the garage at the new house.
I think a video on Fiat Chrysler cracked heads issue would be good content. Car wizard mentioned you told him how that's still a problem even with brand new fresh off the line engines.
Nice job, Tyler!
Thanks I like a cheap project that makes a big difference in it's daily use! Thanks for the view!
Just did a door check strap in my F150. Makes a world of a difference getting rid of the “popping”! Well done my man!
Nice! Yeah that one little part makes it feel so much nicer now! Thanks for the view!

I totally agree! The door seems to have more substance to it now that it's not just swinging wildly when opening! Thanks for the view!

You are totally correct I have become a little too used to working around airbags in the dealership. Thanks for the info and view!
