I love the way she moves in each video. Nobody can tell a story like Skynd! I didn't realize it was flour falling down until it was snow. Mirrors the baking, good catch! Also, I haven't seen anyone notice the bad acne that he had, that they added in the video. I know it seems like a short video, but it's awesome. Thanks for the video!!! 👍🖤
They are phenomenal storytellers. And I love to find the little touches they put in to tell the stories. I was looking for that acne, it was a big insecurity of his. And I’m an Esthetician so I’m always hyper focused on people’s skin lol. I would so love to interview them. I have so many questions for them. It’s probably snow falling but for some reason I thought of flour being in the air because he was a baker? I’m probably pulling that out of my ass lol One of my favorite movies Gone Girl he takes her to an alley outside a bakery where they are having sugar delivered and it was swirling in the air & it totally made me think of that scene. The visuals are always dark & moody. I love that about their videos. They are definitely on my bucket list to see 👀
@@Metalheadmandi I recommend watching the movie "The Frozen Ground" with Nicolas Cage and John Cusack if you haven't seen it about this story, dark and moody too
I love Skynd but I always feel a little guilty about loving songs about something so horrific. I guess that means I still have a heart? Guilty pleasure.
Me too! Literally everybody I know thinks I'm weird because I love Skynd so much. It's weird because it's true crime, and they think she's scary and creepy. Thousands of us get it though!
I’ve actually given this a lot of thought…. “Deep thoughts by Aman-duh” wondering how the families feel about these songs. But I also can assume families probably don’t like the documentaries done on these stories. But they are apart of history & people like me just love learning about the psychology behind the actions of people. There’s no excuse for any of these monsters but it’s human to want to know the why behind these stories. I think SKYND are presenting an art piece. So I guess I kind of look at it that way maybe? Or maybe I’ve just always been drawn to the dark shit & it feeds my dark 🖤 As long as there’s no animals getting hurt in the videos I’m ok with it lol. Animals get hurt in a video, they are dead to me lol 💀💀💀💀 I almost shared one of their videos on my Facebook a couple years ago and was like…maybe I shouldn’t 😬 Not everyone will understand ya know? I’m gonna go pray for our souls right meow lol 😃 @meganurell4102 see you in Hell ⚰️ save me a seat 🥵
Nope. Has nothing to do with having a heart. I used to feel awful about my love of death and gore and obsession with killers and figuring out how their mind worked etc. I’m 51 now and long ago just ACCEPTED what I love and realized there’s zero wrong with loving what I do or being fascinated by it. It doesn’t MEAN anything awful about me or any person. Sure there’s probably those out there who loves this stuff for the nefarious reasons but…..just saying….even IF you didn’t feel bad cuz you accepted it snd yourself for ALL you love…..
Watched the music video an I love the artistic side of things to it. But what kinda gets me a bit with the video is that the lass running away from him looks like someone who I know. I get it’s a music video but it’s just why would anyone want to hurt/kill another human being. It’s like I just wanna save her ya know.
I’ve watched some other videos of her but not any of these songs. She’s so amazing. And you can see those breadcrumbs to becoming SKYND. She has always loved a good black lip & a good gothic eye look. She just needed to meet Father to change things up. I love her natural voice & her confidence is infectious 🖤 Thank you for sending, I’ll be listening to this all night. Luv it!

Absolutely! Some of their videos are just haunting.
Idk if you've seen this, but I'm just going to leave it here. I agree, she has a beautiful, powerful voice!
