From what appears to be a Dodgy Mortgage Company called CHL Mortgages, they have insisted that in order to stop the eviction at 10:30am, Ruth and Phillip need to sign two sets of paper work. One is for the new home they are offered by a third party housing association, and the other is to authorise Sheffield Star Journalist access to their personal information on their mortgage account!
This caused outrage and upset at the scene today and was stated as a stipulation on behalf of CHL Mortgages by the third party housing association, that they must sign all paperwork including Sheffield Star Journalists, access to their personal mortgage account in order to stop the eviction, or it could jeopardise the offers on the table!
This is all on record, and we believe that CHL Mortgages are now liable in matters beyond their own comprehension of what they have done to these elderly people who where made to sign both documents under duress!
One document seemed reasonable, confirming that they will be moving out by the 7th April 2024. This in theory, is all that was needed to help the mortgage company realise that they are willing to move out to their home by the 7th April 2024...

[Original Information before update]
As this video is upload this morning on the 7th day of March 2024, we are on our way to the home of Phillip and Ruth to oversee what this alleged paperwork is, that the mortgage company want them to sign just half hour before the eviction takes place at 10:30am.
We expect that if the paperwork appears dodgy, then the bailiffs may be making an appearance as they lay in wait, somewhere close by for the node off their paymasters!

Thank you to everybody who turned up today, a video from Ruth will be uploaded soon which highlights her thanks and appreciation for what people did today.
For more information as an update since the release of this video approximately 7 hours ago, this is a brief description of what happened and another video will be uploaded soon which highlights this brief message update.
Two bailiffs turned up, and a locksmith who had somebody accompanying the locksmith. We believe that the second person in the locksmiths vehicle was either another locksmith or an SIA security operative.
Also, two men in an estate car turned up and was advised to park round the corner until they was called for. After speaking with the two men, they claimed to be a dog handler and we then found out that he came as welfare for the cat in the property just incase the cat needed care.
Also, eventually a lady turned up from the third party housing association and presented paperwork on behalf of CHL Mortgages. Some of this paperwork was deemed reasonable, but one of them seemed irrelevant!

Have you checked if these loan companies changed the charge at the land registry as they are required to do.

Unfortunately I think accepting £500 compensation when she did will be weaponised against her. I also think even if there isn’t a Deed of Assignment there will be other paperwork when the debt was purchased which granted legal ownership. It’s impossible to believe a company that purchased mortgages from a company that went bankrupt without the legal documentation required to protect the buyer’s investment. It’s a disgrace no doubt however, paying interest only means the property is never yours. Expecting something else is naive. The financial sector are criminals who prey on society’s most vulnerable and protected by the FSA - the agency charged with protecting us. It’s truly disgusting

The 'lender' lent nothing. The application was a promissory note financial instrument which they sold off for a large profit. Ask them to produce it. They wont have it. House was paid for from day 1. Only one signature on the form. Not a contract between 2 parties. The interest was fraud that she can reclaim, along with her 'note' which is real money. £ is fiat currency IOU's. Waving around a piece of A4 with one signature in court is not evidence of a loan contract. They will have sold it so there is no evidence of a loan anyway. It should be on water marked contract paper with 2 wet ink signatures on it.

Plod turns up and arrest the sab's to get them out of his Lordship's way so he can break the law without witnesses or proof. Then they take the sabs away and then de-arrest them, knowing that they'll have kept the sabs away from long enough.
If Shane and Wayne take their lurchers out to bag some rabbits for the pot. Plod will come mob handed and arrest them, take their dogs and the vehicle, take them to court and fine them.
When Phil the Greek shot out of his drive onto the main road outside Sandringham because he couldn't see properly and shouldn't have been driving, hit a car, broke a young woman's arm and smashed the car up, which also had a baby in. What happened? Nothing.
When someone local to me came out of their drive and hit a car but didn't injure anyone. Police came and breathalysed her and had her in cuffs and arrested her.
Can you notice the differences? If you are wealthy or important, you do as you please because the country is run by wealthy important people. If you *aren't* wealthy or important, the full weight of the law comes on your head.
It never ceases to amaze me why ordinary people vote for the party of the wealthy elite (Tories) because the newspaper owned by one of their chums (Lord Rothermere owns the Mail and billionaire Rupert Murdoch owns the other main ones) tells them to vote Tory because the party which *is* for ordinary people (Labour) is bad and does them harm.

Creditors don't need to show debtors the deed of assignment where the debt has been bought. They just need to send notice of assignment.
