- The Streicher mountain in the Chiemgau Alps (between Inzell and Ruhpolding) is a popular backcountry ski destination. It is not very high (1594m) but boasts lovely terrain for winter adventures. It had snowed the day before and once we reached the sunny plateau it turned into the most scenic winter walk of this season! Enjoy this winter wonderland!
