Your budget is a little different than yours. We bought our house, all the appliances, furniture, improvements, and our Pickup truck. That wiped out most of our savings, but we have no monthly payments. What we do have is repairs on the house and truck that we have to pay. We do have to live on our monthly income now. Thats why we don't make as many trips around the Philippines as I would like. It does take up money for maintaining a house and car. We do have a yard guy that comes daily to clean up and maintain the yard. Yes, I could do that myself, but I am old and retired, and I don't need to do that now. As long as I can keep my health going, I'm alright. Good video and glad that you are enjoying your life here.

They were more concerned students doing performances begging parents for donations vs actually studying think every other week we had to attend some performance where kids sing dance and u have to buy the costumes.
