what college is really like at Villanova

- This video is me recapping my four years at Villanova University. I had the best time of my life and I'm so grateful that I was able to graduate before the situation that's going on now. These are my personal opinions and this video is mostly for myself as a way to remember my experience, but everyone’s experience is so different.

What a nice video. Villanova was one of the best time for me also. Graduated a long time ago in 70, some of the same memories. One thing you should try and add is to get married in the Chapel, my wife is also a Nova grad and we did top it off with our wedding in the Chapel. Good luck to you.

After college I did an au pair year in Germany and well... still here nearly 4 years later 🤣 But my sophomore year was also not so great.

What was it like going to a catholic school? I really like Villanova but am not catholic and am worried it’ll be too religious
Hi! I wouldn’t say it’s too religious. They definitely talk about catholic values and the president and some of the teachers are priests but I also knew tons of non-catholic students and teachers that attended as well. I think it can become more or less of a religious school based on what you choose to get involved in!
Hey! I am an incoming freshman and I wanted to know, what do people normally wear? I assume tshirts but I may be wrong :)

Hi! That’s so exciting! Do you mean to class and around campus? People wear a wide variety of clothing to class from sweats to jeans to dresses. I definitely wore comfortable clothes a lot to class but other people dressed up everyday. I will say that people probably dress up a little more at nova then some other schools especially in the beginning of the year, but it’s really up to you!
Please stop using the word LIKE so obsessively. Or stop telling people you are a Villanova graduate in Communications no less. Good grief. Time to grow up. Like seriously.
Hi! Like I said in the video I made this mostly for myself and my close friends to try to remember our time in college so I chose to speak very colloquially. I’m sorry if it offends you how many times I say the word like, but that doesn’t take away from my degree. No need to spread negativity, hope you have a great day!
@@bridgetmolly8290 I graduated from Nova. If this is how you speak among your friends you need your tuition refunded. And BTW the correct phrase is AS. I say. Not LIKE I say. This sloppy use of language is just dumb. Not cute. Not funny. Not clever. Grow up.

I'm sorry but clearly you @sisterwayne haven't grown up yourself if you're hiding behind a screen to bully a recent grad about her informal language she uses with friends. She clearly wasn't doing this video for likes or views. It's appalling and "sloppy" to see that an older Villanova grad is using social media to demean recent grads and tell them their tuition should be reimbursed. It is "not cute, not funny, and not clever". I hope Jesus is kind to you and opens your eyes and heart so you become a better person.
@@Sisterwayne As someone who graduated from Villanova, I encourage you remember our University’s values of Veritas, Unitas, and Caritas before you go out of your way to cyberbully a random stranger on the internet. She states in the video its just for her and her friends. If her language bothers you this much, you simply do not have to watch. Good grief.
