Thanks for coming along with me! I'm planning all my autumn travels and want to know - do you guys prefer out-in-nature kind of vlogs (like this) or more cozy cafe/city kind of vlogs? I'll be doing both because I love both but want to hear from you all^^
I love both types, especially ones that feel like a mix of nature + city, like the lavender farm, the Korean Switzerland, the goat farm vlogs. We see you leave the city, go adventuring, and then come back home. 💖 Maybe, locations that are easily accessible feel more cozy to me. I would totally watch your vlog even if you did nothing but sit and read your book by the Han river or a cute cafe!
I was stationed in 동 두 천 as a Korean linguist (Army) in the late 80s. I loved the landscape and culture. I found your videos a few years ago, and they remind me of my time there. I really appreciate your content.
Oh so glad to see someone stationed in TDC, who has a still good memory up there. For me stationed in camp casey in 96-97, it's still one of terrible moments in my life. I've never come back there despite the fact that it's a 2 hour away from my place by car, lol. Anyway Thanks for your services here then.
@@supartacusstupid1546 I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I was stationed next door at Camp Hovey and truthfully it was a mixed bag, and one of the loneliest times of my life. But I loved the country and the experience of traveling there.
@@bethaniejify you don't have to say that because I'm okay now. It's just old memories. Which was Good or bad then doesn't matter any more, it's just precious moments in my life. I wish all my buddies in US good luck. Anyway it was really tough time to run from Casey to Hovey, lol.
Mountains exist everywhere in Korea, even in every big cities.. If you like hiking, you can walk with neighborhood grandma or grandfather enytime, even night walking. Korean's best hobby is hiking. You can experience very coloful mountain clothes which are gifts for filial piety to koreans. It's funny sometimes to me😉😉
Coffee, candles, a warm bath, and your videos are literally the only things I need to repose from a long day at work.. Thank you for bringing me along to such beautiful places.
South Korea is such a relatively small country but it literally has it all: beaches, mountains, big cities. It's serving everybody's tastes. And if I ever have the chance, I'm definitely going in autumn. It's so beautiful 😍
this was SO interesting! i love it when you take us to museums with you, especially historical ones 🥺 thank you for another beautiful adventure Cari! ♡🍁🍂
I loved this video. It looked a lot like Scotland, I agree. Beautiful!! I wish I could go, have been missing hiking and mountain scenery so much lately. Thanks for taking us along, as always. Nothing better than watching your videos on a Sunday morning with my breakfast.
Watching videos of Cari get me more and more excited for the future! Her videos are so calming and beautiful, they make me want to visit Korea more then I already do ! I love you Cari and hope you’re having a wonderful day !!
Hi Cari, I'm so happy..Singapore...where I live..will be opening travel lane to South Korean soon..! Will be able to see all those amazing cafes n places you hv been bringing us ...me to all these months...!
@@caricakes love the video so much. Feels like I'm at that place too. 💚 I can now go on with my chores this day (my day off) maybe I can start listening to some audio books now. Just a chill Sunday vibes. Thanks Cari! Stay safe always. 🌻
I soooo badly wanna go back and see beautiful autumn in Korea for myself again🥲 Hopefully next year?! Also I‘m not really a hiking person, but that looked unreal & so pretty, so would definitely give it a try. Have a great sunday evening, Cari💕
What a beautiful retreat! Reminds me of a yoga retreat I went to some time ago in Topanga in the Santa Monica Mountains. Although the Yeongnam Alps seem a bit higher and our food options didn't include duck bulgogi and banchan unfortunately!
Thanks Cari for another wonderful vlog. Ahh btw, seeing Chris and Caryl both met my two fave vloggers, Cari and Jessica Lee makes me envious. Fellow Filo here!
What always takes me by surprise is when I'm out hiking is when I see people who are much more involved in the lifestyle than me, like those bikers you saw or some really seasoned climbers. In this case, even the Corgi was all kitted out lol but it must be nice to live close by and spend all that time in an environment like that. Amazing landscape in this area !
agreed! the hiking culture is really huge here and im always amazed to see how much time and money people spend doing this every day - i'd love to but im too scared of heights to do it seriously hahhaa
Hi Cari! How are you? I hope you’ve been doing well! Just a reminder that I love you and your videos so much! They bring me so much joy! Also, I just woke up from a nap. 😂 Saturday vibes (it’s Saturday for me). Continue to be happy! Thank you for the videos and always sharing a bit of your life with us! ☺️♥️✨

What a trip! I would love to try going there and not just that but also actually try running on the 9 peaks trail (if I can manage it haha). That part where you can almost touch the cloud is amazing really. And the historical bit is interesting too. Food looked delicious. What's not tot love about this trip? totally worth it.
Possibly the first outing of the walking boots this year? Definitely some Bambi walking vibes 😂. You looked like you were having so much fun though. 😁 👍❤️👍
Been binge watching your winter vlogs to prepare myself (mentally and physically) since I've never seen snow and the coldest winter I've had was 8°C 😅 I love this autumn one tho cause the leaf colors are so pretty and the temperature is perfect 😍😍
I think this is first time I watch you be on the top of big mountain. Hiking videos make us feel like drinking fresh air like I did from the video someone else uploaded on Acha-san 아차산 of early morning
Watching this while I sip on an Iced coffee, in my bed because it's unseasonably cool for October in Australia today and it's that time of the month so cramps are absolutely kicking my butt. Eating Ramyun on a hillside in Korea looks much more favourable though. I so move my butt into gear and get my covid vaccine and start saving to go to Korea!
my friend khourtny went to korea before, he went to a school in jungsan dong bukgu ulsan, i dont know if thats spelt right, but he was there for a few weeks before he returned to the u.s, but he said it was really pretty and he wasnt wrong cuz omg the sky is soo beautiful and the mountains!! I am so glad that you made it down here. The yeongnam Alps is a great area. At the base of the Sinbulsan there is great camping and in the spring it is great for cherry blossoms. During the fall Gajinsan and unmunsa is also amazing.
That yoga moment on top of the mountain looks like the most uplifting experience ever - just letting the wind take away all the weight off of your shoulders. Sucks that it was so cold, but it looked amazing.
Ulsan is a city not far from my hometown,Pusan, and there are beautiful beaches..Ilsan beach,Jinha beach,Jujeon beach, Ganjeolgot cape,Daewang-am park..
