Pete - Here's a little hint on how to glue - Put the glue in the hole and not on the part. That way the glue gets pushed into the hole instead of oozing out onto the painted surface. Same thing when you're applying glue to the rear fuse section. No cleanup needed!
You made a mistake on the machine gun barrels that go on each side below the cockpit. They are supposed to be flush with the sides since they only shoot forward to the front of the a/c.
Hi I do have to say. I have about 7 planes from Banana Hobby and they all fly very well. Check out my flight on the p51d and the new FMS pitts. Only one thing on a motor and they replaced it. Pete like I always say keep up the good work.
One thing I do when assembling, and gluing parts together, especially parts this large, I put the wires through a plastic, or rubber tube, and insert it through the fuselage, so when you join the halves together, you aren't getting glue on the wires. Then afterward, you simply slide the tube off of the wires. You ended up breaking the gun mount when you pressed the gun into the clip. Great build, and I will be getting one soon.
good build only thing wrong. those guns on the sides should be facing foward lol. thats so the pilot can go on straffing runs after dropping his bombs. awesome plane cant wait to get one! thanks forthe video keep up the good work.

Fantastic build Brakes are you kidding me lol nice. They could take it one more step being it is a 3 peice wing it would be complete if they added fold up wings also that would make it the sweetest thing along with all the other things it has.
pete installed the 4 pilot controlled forward facing .50 cal. they should be flush with the plane not facing out like there are 4 more waist gunners using them.

when he is describing the hobby knife(1:58) a small red box pops up for a second it is annoying me because it I don't know what it says, it doesn't render properly when it blow it up bigger. does any one else see it
The only problem is he is doing a receiver ready and not a kit version which they sell. The detail that comes with running all the many wires not only in the wing tips but the center section with the ESC's and wire harness. surprised that they did not use quick disconnects for the wing tips.

I can see you are familiar with balsa and ply cutting, gluing, sanding, covering, painting, engine or motor instalation and related systems, radio instalation and so one. All the hard work. By the way, I probably enjoy as much as you too watch this, but what I see is assembly, not actualy building.
Hi ! Can you memtion about the CG ? Is 90 mm OK? I find it is difficult to balance. When on balance scale, the plane can drop either way, tail or head. No exact point to stand still.

very good build video, but that camera could be better. very shaky, and also bad autofocusing degrades image. you should use one camera on stativ to record table, and maybe second camera set up to record hands (i mean something like sparkfun have, in product showcase videos)

All the elec. planes i'v seen on youtube have problems from fires bsd escs motors lipos. All the nitro gas and turbine have had mainly piolot mistakes . They have had more fly time then elec. planes....soni rest my case.

Hi I do have to say. I have about 7 planes from Banana Hobby and they all fly very well. Check out my flight on the p51d and the new FMS pitts. Only one thing on a motor and they replaced it. Pete like I always say keep up the good work.

Use shrink tubing NOT electrical tape to keep the extensions together!

Pete it would easier if you get a wire coat hanger and undo it and tape the wire on it then you can run it through there very easy
You should also use fuel tube on the clevis to keep the clevis from coming off the control horn.

they should have used screws on the main wing as well... easier for maintenance... and replacement...
