8:10 You are absolutely correct. Sri lankan black ops unit goes by many names but it's officially called LRRP. This unit ranked 3rd most elite unit in the world behind US Navy seals and Russian spetsnoz. War was ended in 2009, but only few years ago people came to know this unit existed. It was top secret even within the army, only highly ranked officers knew this unit existed and who they are. And not one person had all the info. ( Few years back names of some of intelligent officers were leaked and they were all executed by the terrorists). I ll leave 2 links below. One is how they select personals to train for this unit. Mind you this is only the selection process. Real training begins after this. You may find this interesting.

@SorryLankan How about war crimes on ltte. Why don't we talk about crimes committed by the LTTE by killing even small children. Do you not know that thousands of people were killed by the LTTE. Aranthalawa Bhikku assassination, Dalada Maligawa bombing, are these not war crimes? Instead of sending Tamil children to school, the LTTE gave them guns and forcibly sent them to war. Aren't they crimes?. ltte said that the war was started for the freedom of the Tamil people but then,
Legislation made it mandatory for family members to go to war. If not, they were forcibly taken away and sent to war, the right to education of children was taken away, is that freedom?. Although Tamil children could not get a proper education during the war, today Tamil students are being educated in every university in the country. The Tamil people who were confined to the North at that time now live all over Sri Lanka. The Tamil people who lost everything due to the war are now the owners of big business in the country. In fact, the war started for the Tamil people, but the freedom and rights of the Tamil people came after the end of the war. Even when the war is over and the Sinhala and Tamil people are living in harmony, the dogs of politicians like you come and try to incite racism. shame.

@Jason Freco Not exactly right. That was the Special Forces Combat Rider Squadron. The LRRP is an elite unit under the Special Forces and they also don't take in the parades. They have no motto, no logo and no special benefits, aka very few know that they even exist.

My friend is an ex British special forces. Due to his duties he now has PTSD(Post traumatic stress disorder) and lives in faeces . There are several here in the UK who are in a similar way because of what they did when they were aged 16 to 24. So,not only have they killed many other young people, they also ruin their lives. I think wars are promoted by legal rich who watch while poor people die ,lose their brothers sisters mothers fathers .
Special forces in killing and assasinating civilian people . Have they been tested against other special forces in combat situations in your own words Sri Lankan tigers sent school children with guns to fight instead of school so your special forces were fighting school kids . Let’s see how they stack up against other special forces they are the most dangerous but not the most toughest have they been tested in combat against another country? Only against a rag tag band of terrorists 😅
