Ingredients (材料):
350g (2 cups) sago (沙谷米/西米)
100g (1 cup) grated coconut (白椰丝)
150g (2/3 cup) sugar (糖)
1 tsp salt (盐)
150ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
2 tbsp pandan juice (班兰汁)
1 drop of green colouring (青色素)
2 drops of red colouring (红色素)
2 drops of yellow colouring (黄色素)
150g (1 1/2 cups) grated coconut (白椰丝)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
1 pandan leaf (班兰叶)
The way you prepare sagu kiuh is very good and clean, super ,look delicious, sure l will follow this and try to do. Thank you.

Michelle Louise this delicious kueh can only be made with coconut no replacement, sorry to tell you this..
Michelle Louise , you can add in 150ml of water to replace the coconut milk
But I still prefer the coconut milk ingredients that’s the main umm to this lovely kuih

As for the pandan leaves, sorry everyone there no replacement for it but it nothing wrong trying without the pandan leaves.
