Steamed Sago Kuih / Kuih Sagu Three-color sago rice cake
Material:
350g sago/sago
100g white shredded coconut
150g sugar
1 tsp salt
170ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
Pigment (cyan, pink, orange)
Cyan (I used pandan essence instead)
other;
100g shredded white coconut + a pinch of salt (steam for 5 minutes, set aside)
Production of pandan essence:
10 pieces of pandan leaves + 100ml of water to make juice, then refrigerate for 1 night, pour out the shallow layer of water on the top, and the dark blue color is the pandan essence

Dear Shadajie.. Recipi bagus dan wanggi.. 3.colour senang nak menunggu 60 minutes baru dapat makan yah.. Jika hati hendak nak makan terpaksa tunggu nya.. @@shadajie-kitchen 傻大姐姐姐,刚刚我们蒸的时候没有 gas, 拖延了一下,然后用电板蒸,请问要怎么看它熟呢?好了时候,您用玻璃纸反过来放那个糕,是吗?请问可以用包Kolo mee 纸代替吗?
@@kerziajong8021 蒸上45分钟多数了熟了,可以用kolomee 纸包,主要不沾糕就可以了。

一般做糕如果不是发糕或包子的,中火就可以了
