Hey girl! You're so so pretty!! Your recipes look so good, I've been having trouble to eat anything remotely healthy. Thank you for the help and scripture! :)
I'm trying raw vegan for my small fiber neuropathy symptoms but I'm at the start. I want to start making smoothies too. Thank you for the ideas. Loved to see you. Hugs smiley angel.
Thank you! My health improved significantly after going vegan. I used to be bed bound and too weak to pick up my phone, even needing help to stand up for the commode. Going vegan was the best thing I've ever done for my health! It even put a few of my conditions in remission!! :)
@@LoveHardFightHard ....I understand it feels good being vegan, it's good a detox, but it's not met to be long-term, due to the lack of nutrients. Your diet is lacking protein, the building blocks of life. I don't see any protein in your meals, hence your anemia. How do you get epa, B12, vitamin d? All I see is carbs and sugar. You should try some eggs, salmon, cod, and eventually meat. You will feel better. Vegan options for cheese or meat are heavily processed and not good for you, we are humans, designed to eat animal products. This is coming from someone who was vegan and saw my health deteriorate. Much love and blessings to you.
@@matteojosue8041 I get more than enough protein. For example if you enter my meals into Cronometer you’ll see I got 88.5 grams of protein just in 2 meals the first day, which is double the recommended daily value of protein. I surpassed all my nutrition goals except for B12, which non vegans also are typically deficient in which is why everyone needs b12 supplemented. Some days I even get enough b12 through nutritional yeast. Anytime my dr checks my B12 level it's high, not low or even average. There’s a lot of protein in leafy greens, beans, tempeh, etc. I don't eat processed food everyday, nor do I have protein shakes everyday. I was in a flare up and I still managed to get adequate nutrition. I sincerely hope you learn about the benefits of a balanced plant based lifestyle :)
@@LoveHardFightHard ....plants have protein, but doesn't mean you can absorb it from them. I know you think you are getting enough protein but look at your body, again I'm not trying to be mean. Vegans only eat carbs and sugar, so you feel good, it's a sugar high, and you can't rely on supplements. supplements are just to help with what you lack, not replace and be your only source. you say you have gut issues, try eating bone broth, it's easily digestible and nutrient rich, bc beans, leafy greens, potatoes, oatmeal are terrible for your gut, causes bloating. Also, where do you get omega-3s? We are humans and not met to live off of processed foods and supplements, if you need supplements, it means your diet is inferior. Again, this is out of love. Try the bone broth and see how good you will feel.
Claire have you ever worked with a Functional Medicine Doctor? I think adding eggs back into your whole food diet would significantly improve your health hun. You should try it for a couple of weeks and see how you feel. I pray for your complete healing in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Hi, thank you so much for your prayer. I worked with a functional med dr for about 9 years. She did put me on PC and I did try to incorporate eggs a few years back but neither made a difference other than making me more nauseated :/
@@LoveHardFightHard that sucks. I was a raw vegan for 3 years. The first year I felt great but the last 2 years my health deteriorated. The problem is we can’t get fat soluble vitamins from plants. We need animal products for the fat soluble vitamins. I’m not judging your vegan diet at all. I tried it to. I just want you to get better.
@@angryamerican I genuinely appreciate that! I tried the raw vegan thing but got so sick/my POTS got seriously flared within a few days (guessing from lack of iodine). I was having partial seizures, it was not good. I've never heard about the fat thing, do you have any sources you can refer me to? Thanks :)
@@LoveHardFightHard please keep an open mind and watch Dr Eric Berg’s videos. I believe his protocol could help you. Try it for 30 days and see how you feel. ruclips.net/video/JPuavnZFebo/видео.html
@Drew I think you should keep an open mind yourself, as I've mentioned a plant based diet is the healthiest for me. I checked out his channel and it looks like he promotes eating more vegetables and intermittent fasting, both of which I incorporate in my diet. Try what for 30 days, keto? I tried keto in 15' and I've tried a bunch of other fad diets which made made my symptoms worse.
Thank you for sharing and for all your hard work! I know how hard you fight! Stay strong 💪🏼
Thank you so much! 💜
Love your videos Claire. 💜❤💜
