Zuccotto con Colomba Pasquale e Mousse di Fragole

The Zuccotto with Easter Dove and Strawberry Mousse is a dessert that I thought to recycle the sweets that have certainly advanced after the great Easter Day binges.
The most popular dessert at Easter is certainly the Colomba, so I used this as a main ingredient to create the structure of the Zuccotto, since the dove is still a sweet as well as structured, as a filling I thought of using a delicate strawberry mousse, While to wet the dove I used a fragrant vanilla wet.
In addition to the doves, certainly after Easter remained around in our homes also different chocolate, leftover Easter Eggs, I used this to create a waffle on which to rest the pumpkin.
Total production time: Total production time: 1/2h plus cooling time and the time needed to prepare strawberry mousse and vanilla.
