Brand story: Brand look: and feel, colors, pattern, layout style etc Brand voice: how is gonna sound, soft, friendly, comfortably, protective, there are many brand voices Brand presence: website, social channel, article, live stream, ads, content, where is presence what msg is going. Recognized, remember. Brand promise: What value bringing to customer. Mission. How we are different, how we are better? Brand equity: result of everything. Word of mouth marketing. Brand engagement: conversations and relationships.
Glad how you included Brand Story, Phil. I personally think that it is underrated when it comes to branding considering how people are eager for stories behind everything. Great video, by the way.
Try to articulate what you like about designing. Yes, we all got into it (or any job) because we had to make money somehow and design (or the arts) seemed the least abhorent.
To make people pay you, they need to possess a sense of value or return for their money. That is, to get money from them project their MOST IMPORTANT desire or their painful problems using the story. Create stories from their point of view. It is not about how you feel or what you think Now to create stories, apply the rule of EMPATHY.
✨👍🏻 really great content right to the main points no wasting time. Thanks for this great summary that any small business owner can refer to and follow 🙏
This video has a great summary. Small or big brands can rely on the works with Cleo. Marketing has never been this good and easy with their adaptation of blockchain.
Hi Philip, these are very great tips/advice to keep in mind. I'm doing my about brand short paragraph. But I'm really thinking of doing a video & having someone ask me questions. Like: -Why did I start my business ?? -What do I want for my business ?? - What products I'm going sell..?? Stuff like that. Is that good or bad thing...??
Hello Phillip thank you for the amazing content! I would like to know if you offer this services to build bussiness and make them grow, very interested
Great summary Phil as ever. Would you also say, they need to know exactly who their customers are? Sometimes small businesses claim their target audience is, well, everyone :)
Kashif - great question. And you're right MANY small businesses fall behind in not identifying a clear customer avatar that's not "everyone". This exercise is part of developing a cohesive brand strategy and a foundational element of a solid business plan.
Paying upfront for quality leads and marketing is just too expensive-I simply can't afford it. I really need a service where I can pay only for results, any help would be appreciated
I disagree about that dedicated branding style thing from the beginning. It’s not wrong if you can achieve branding that may have some effect, but it can be a really dumb downfall. Consider point #3… ive worked with a lot of newer businesses and they need to go through a brand testing process for several years to determine how to best brand their business and they ultimately waste too much time and money in the beginning. Of course, some people know how to create that consistent branding from the beginning, but most business people are clueless and then I’ve seen them hire people for a grip ton of money and they aren’t qualified. And the qualified help is expensive and frequently wrong. And on top of all that, I’ve noticed a consumer trend to support the unbranded type of biz. Consumers are sick of the franchise model.
Hey @extremerunner, Sorry you didn't seem to get value from it, but thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. I appreciate your sharing your POV.
Philip, I must commend your reply to this. I was skeptical about watching your video when I saw this comment, but it was really worth it. And I am glad I did. Thank you Philip for sharing your thoughts

I always struggle with story. Why did I start this, you ask?? To make MONEY!! Period.😂 any suggestions on how to come up with a story that's not fake?

@@adesolaadewusi2623love this! If there is one copywriting rule I would say is my #1, it’s “It’s not about you. It’s about them.”

I've been there. Corpoz helped me out by only charging for results. It really worked for my business!
Nice
Just started my business of hair oil
I’m planning to launch mine in August & definitely needed this information. Good luck on with your journey
I have something already but i dont have the money
What if you don't have a great brand story. its just something that you want to sell?
Stories sell products. Either your brand story - or a motivating, true product results story.
