When I sold my home i donated an entire pallet of crochet and craft books and magazines both mine and the ones I inherited from my Mom, who would be 100 now.
I would have loved all that and sorry for your loss
Jen, I don't care how long you're shows are...I love listening to you and seeing what you got going. If you don’t have a show going, I stroll through your ones and watch them! Since I am close to twice your age, (I'm 81yrs old) I feel like I can tell you that I love you and I'm so proud of the "little things" that that you are changing and doing for yourself! Your insight about the needs you are growing. I am truly proud of your tending to yourself as well as the rest of us do.
❤🎉❤🎉❤
Like you do
Thank you
I had fun listening to you. You made me laugh about wearing the hat and going out and yelling at your neighbors and so many other things you mentioned. I enjoyed my coffee and knitting while listening to you this morning! I feel like you're my silly best friend ever! Thanks for bringing you into my day! Love you❤ I am glad you're feeling better and aren't we all a work in progress!
Don’t worry about everything so much. We will still be here watching you on on good days and bad days!!!
❤
Lol 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 omg Jen I really needed that laugh when u said u want to make one of those hats and we're around yelling at the neighbors omg that was fallacious. Ty for making my day.❤love ya God Bless.

Love the craft books, so fun! Looking forward to see what you share on Monday makes.
I like to listen to books on audible and the series you just got is free on there. So I added them all to my library. Can’t wait to listen to them! Just wanted to share for those that have audible in case anyone is interested. 😊😊

I am so happy you showed up on my front page! I am sitting here crocheting and enjoying your channel so much . 😊
I’m so happy to be here for you and listen to your many adventures. You find the best stuff from the thrift stores. What a great find with the instapot. It’s nice to be appreciated for a good meal. Don’t forget to share what you think of those mystery books. It sounds like a fun series.
It’s lovely to see you, it’s like chatting with a friend. I wish we had those type of stores in the uk . It’s crayon over here x
Looking at those magazines, you cracked my shit up. I don’t even know what the last one was that cracked me up with. you can sure be funny. I love you, Jennifer.
I say crayons the same way you do. I was born and raised in small town Michigan too. You got some great yarn and books from the thrift store. I’m glad that you are feeling better and slowing down some. Take care. 🧶💜🙏🏻
I’m happy you’re feeling a bit better! Insta pots are the bomb diggity! My husband loves to cook in it!
OMG, I have the book with the little girl on the front. I think I bought it like over 40 years ago, when my first son was a baby. I actually made a couple of projects out of it over the years!!! Small world.
Grew up in NJ. Now live in VA. I’ve always called them crowns. Love your realness and I’ve learned so much from you. ❤
What a flash from the past. My Mom had the little kid knitting /crochet book. 😂❤
Love going to thrift stores! You never know what you will find!
Hehe I had a similar language moment when I was younger, working at a daycare on a military base. The other care taker called them crowns too and I couldn't for the life of me understand what she meant... I just gave her the deer in the headlights look... I say it like the berry, cranberry, cran..... But now the more I say it the weirder it sounds haha. Anyways have a wonderful day, sending love and positive vibes your way ❤
I agree about the books! Thank you for sharing your shopping trip!❤
Hi Jennifer watching you unbox your new yarn and then you said Galway. Live in Galway Ireland.🇮🇪 great to see you feeling better.❤❤

Everything you showed us looks FANTASTIC! I know you are going to fall in love with your Instapot! We have one and its the best kitchen tool around! Its not just a pressure cooker, its so versatile. You can really do a lot with it!
Go enjoy your new books!❤❤
Jen this was fun! lol We had Yarn and Books on yarn and Bentley, oh and girl talk! What more can you ask for? Those books sound like they will be fun to read. Hope Nancy Warren is a good author. Let us know and I will buy them too. Since I have been crocheting I have been an audio book subscriber and I miss the written word. Sounds weird I know. 😁 It is good to hear you laugh again. Baby steps and you will get thru this just fine. Give Mr Cinnamon a hug from me for taking such good care of you.
I have a lot of knitting books from the 50s up to maybe 80s. That were my mother's. 😊❤
I love your hair. I will buy with words. Cannot describe the feelings someone can have or someone so special as you
I've lived in Albemarle county all my life and have NEVER heard of the Scrappy Elephant. What am I doing with my life?! LOL Thanks for the tip. I'm off on Friday and may just need to go into town.....BTW, I say CRAY-ons
I hope you made the Big Bird hat ! ❤❤❤❤❤ I know !😂😂😂😂😂 1977 was a very cold snowy year ! I remember . There was a blizzard that year
I am so glad you are feeling better. Have a great day
I love your shirt! I went to the zoo last weekend with my kids and they were playing the I2I song they play at the end. My husband and I were both rocking out to it.
I love your giggles ❤❤❤ so very much. Cray-ons is how I say it. We say warsh for wash. I was raised in Missouri. 😊😅😅
Thanks for sharing Jennifer glad you’re feeling better ❤️❤️❤️
You are so funny and such a quick wit. You make me smile too. Love you
Glad you are feeling better and you made me laugh today♥God bless, be safe and get well
Glad you feel better thanks for telling me about those books. ❤
I make corned beef and cabbage every year in my pressure cooker and it's crazy good! My family loves it so much that I have to make 2-3 of them, then do my veggies afterward while the meat rests so we have leftovers. 😋😋😋
Color cray-ons grew up in Dallas/Ft. Worth Texas.
I have an instapot and I love it. It has the ability to make yogurt, so one of these days I plan on making me some homemade yogurt.
In Denton Tx there’s a reuse craft store, I use to go to with my kids. Now I live in a little town called Heavener Oklahoma and the closest creative reuse store is 3 hrs away.
You got some great yarn, fabric and books from there.
I really enjoyed today’s video, you seem to be more at peace. I’m so happy that you’re finding joy in your art again one small piece at a time. I can’t wait to hear about your thoughts on the new books. I hope you’re having a great day…see you in the next video. Big Hugs
Loved looking at all your finds. I have a few Spinerin books from my grandma and quite a few other older books. 💝
I am definitely going to check out those books! They sound really interesting. 😊
Wishing you a beautiful blessed day/night 🙏🏻🥰🤗💖
HI JENNIFER I'm glad your taking time for you !!!! LOVE YOU LOVE LISAMARIE
I love the longer videos ❤ I could crochet and hang out with you all day! You got some great buys 🎉
I enjoyed this so much!! Enjoy your Instapot. I have certainly enjoyed mine. I'm so tired when I leave work and though my children are grown and gone, I still the Mr to cook for. You are looking great girlfriend!! I don't comment alot,,,but, please know you are in my prayers 🙏 ❤❤
Okay I love how you have yarn reuse stores, the finds are great! For the jiffy book they’re basically asking you to use tree trunks as knitting needles 😂. I would love to see if you make anything from the book
Good afternoon Jen, I hope your Wednesday is going great.❤❤
Hello Jennifer, thanks for sharing! I got excited about the Monique yarn, that’s the type I need that’s close to red heart dreamy, but can’t find it in the colors I need. So it will remain a baby or lap blanket. I’ve really got to visit this type of store, love to look at old crochet books to, I’ve got a few. Gotta love thrift stores.Have a wonderful peaceful day. ❤️🤗🎂
I love hanging with you. I have those 3 books on audible, not listened to them yet just need to finish my current book series I’m on the last book. So not long to go before I can start the knitting/vampire series. Love your smiley style, good to see you looking better. From uk.
I almost did a spit take when you said that kid is a serial killer. Here in Missouri we say crayon. Love ya❤yes I want to hear about your cool stuff
Thank you Jen. You are being such a distraction to me and I need that right now. I've been in the hospital since Sunday with Cellulitis. I've been fighting it for about 3 months, it just keeps coming back. We might have found the underlaying reason so I'm really hopefull.
Feel better
Omg. I love your hair. The cut is great, and the color🎉❤🎉😊😊
Hello sweetheart. So glad you seem a little better.
I had great fun reading all the Vampire knitting books et al.
I have Prime Reading , so I watched them all (and hundreds of others) on my Kindle on Amazon.
Most of them are completely free.
So I pay £7.99 a month an have access to thousands of books, but every now and then I have to read a real paper book😅😅😅😅
Kindle might be good for you. Then you don't have to touch the paper.
You can put the App on your laptop and read books there.
Your 1 pot dinner sounds great I love broccoli.
Take care my darlings. I love you all.
Your ever friend Lynne
Aunt Mary's Yarn in Rochelle, IL was originally part of a Caron yarn factory. When the factory closed, Aunt Mary's sold handmade items and mill ends.
I say crayons, my grandkids born in Md. They say crawn, like crown. I agree with crayon papers, they feel horrible! I love the vintage knit books like my mom had in the 60s and 70s. She could never get the hang of crochet, and I have never gotten hang of knit. I remember getting 14 or 16 oz. of Red Heart Yarn for less than 2 dollars when I was a little girl, like 7 or 8 in the late 60s early 70s. I remember going to Zayre's dept. stores with my mom, and the had so much yarn there, and so inexpensive even for then!.I made my first plus his at about nine years old, it was a crochet Indian complete with clothing. Great trip down memory lane Jennifer, Thank You!
❤I love your t shirt❤ I wish we had a scrappy store where I live❤
We have an instant pot and I use it all the time. Glad you are enjoying yours. White chicken chili is so good. I should get my husband to make his.
Hi Jen, I say Crayon the way you do. That was a different topic to talk about. Lol!!! Love the yarn you showed us and the books are great. Love the Cinnamons and your videos, A fan and a friend.
Love the Goofy shirt and your hair looks great.
I love the fabric design.💕💕
I loved the jiffy yarn it was one of my favorite yarn to use I'm in my mid 70s
I had some of these vintage books leaflets before long time ago
Cool books🥰
Thank you Jennifer ❤❤ 🥰
Wonderful video🦋🌺
Bye🥰🌺🌻
Thanks for hangin! Was fun, thanks for sharing :)
I was one of those baby models in California in the late 50’s. I even had a card for the actor’s guild! It was green! I ran into it when we moved!
That's so cool
Corn on the cob is awesome in the insta pot without heating up the kitchen.
I have read all the vampire knitting club they are just fun
🥰💋
Love listening to you and your stories here in Australia we call them crayons ❤️❤️🌹🌹
The series is amazing you will love it and they are on audible also.
Those books sound really good! To that end I searched the series on my Kindle app and it’s available for free for those who have Kindle Unlimited. I’ll be starting the first one immediately. Thanks for the heads up Jen!
We love the sharing, although I personally would mot read witches and things, you make the books sound intriquing. So glad you are slowly working on the things you need.
Corn beef with steamed cabbage, small potatoes and carrots in 94 min. That’s 90 min. for the meat and then add the vegetables and cook additional 20 minutes, an entire instapot dinner in 94 minutes. Jennifer try this soon.
The Culpeper library has a ton of vintage knit and crochet books they're giving away in their craft exchange!
We say CrayON. I prefer vintage over new. I even collect vintage cookbooks. Charro Beans in less than an hour from dry, no soak. Refried beans in less than an hr. Someone gave me mine and I love it.
Love your t shirt. It's super cute. I have grandkids this week. Haven't crocheted that much this week
I say it like you do. 🖍️ I grew up in Virginia. Just outside of Culpeper. However, my mom is from Maryland and I was homeschooled until 9th grade. So, I talk more like my mom than most of the people in Culpeper and Madison VA.
Would absolutely love some of your recipes you talked about. Always looking for something different. I have an instant pot. Maybe i need to use it more often.
Loved this video! You got some great stuff from the thrift store. I love to go thrifting. We have several stores in the Tampa Bay area.
I’m from Texas/ark I say colors !! I’m so glad u are feeling better !!❤❤
The vampire knitting club is cute. I’ve read it before but haven’t found the others in the series yet. Definitely a niche book. 😂
Oh my gosh, someone else has a aversion to microfiber! I thought I was nuts. Thank you for sharing!!
I'm so happy you're starting to feel better ❤
So glad you are feeling better! Hugs❤
Thank you for the book recommendation. I bought the whole series.
What awesome finds! I love it. Thank you for the book links too - I shared them with my sister as well. The only thing about some of the older patterns & pattern books is that they are not always size inclusive; however I am sure that you can figure out how to make that happen and I am learning from you too. Glad to see you have a little spark of joy now. Oh Six Sisters Stuff has a ton of recipes on their website, IG account and on RUclips as well as lots of cookbooks too as does Pressure Luck. So many yummy recipes. Take care. Blessings♥
they are never size inclusive. but i use them more for inspiration than the pattern
Here in Jackson, MS they say cra ins but I was raised in KY cra ons is my pronounciation. About your name I always tell people Cinnamon Stitches so they'll know exacly what channel to go to . I usually don't have time to say your name or explain anything else but I never forget about you as a person!
Love your shirt I say crayons same way you do 🥰
So happy you are doing better.. hugs
Jennifer. I am really enjoying your slice of life here . . . Especially the steps you are taking to move forward and find your joy again. I am pulling for you. Your bravery in sharing your struggles. I can't compliment you enough on how you are handling yourself. Best wishes. Love from Tina.
Vampire Knitting Club we just started listening to on Audible. They are fun and non-violent.
I have the Ninja Foodie and regular pressure cookers and love them. Should make dinners quicker. Hope you’re having a good evening!!!❤
I miss the Jamie yarn I have a couple skeins I'm going to make hats and booties for our pregnancy center
I'm reading the vampire knitting club right now, its campy and so fun! I'll be getting the next books in the series soon.
LOVE the colors in the outdoors fabric that you are thinking of using to cover the couch cushion. Especially the vibrant BLUE! All the colors!
So glad you are having a good day and just taking your time on things with no pressure. Love all the vintage stuff too. And can't wait to see the Big Bird hat ... you are such a tease LOL, love it
The fabric is lovely ❤
Oh Wow! Really cool yarns Jen! That Rochelle yarn is the city very close to us! I can tell you about that factory. My mother and I used to shop there in the 1980s. They used to sell thier Mill ends for only 5.00 a bag! And I'm talking large paper grocery store bags. You could stuff them full to the brim!!! Such good memories I have from the Rochelle yarn factory.😊❤
Hi, that was a lot of fun ❤❤❤
I LOVE your new hair.
Well a big thank you as I have just finished reading The vampire knitting club and about to start on the second book. I couldn't wait so downloaded a sample on my kindle, read that and then bought the first 3 books as a set. Absolutely loving them😁
Im halfway through book 1 and im really enjoying it
I'm slightly obsessed, just finished book 3 and bought the next 3. I want to find out what happens next. Thank you so much for telling us about these books x 💜
Beautiful fabric!❤
Its "instant pot". 😉
I just HAD to have one too....the only thing I use it for is artichokes. 🤷🏻♀️🙄
Since its pressure cooked, it takes no time at all.
You should be able to get the instruction book online.
Heck, I wait to do laundry until I'm almost out of undies too.... I just dislike doing laundry. 🤣😂🤣
Oh man Charelston south Carolina omg I miss it so bad I haven't been to Folly Beach in Charelston SC in 17 years. I was born in Folly Beach in Charelston SC. Man is it a beautiful place there is also James Island out there to. We were going this summer but had to put it on hold
Crans
The one in Alexandria, VA is UpCycle Creative Reuse. I haven't been to Reconsidered Goods because I'm in the Charlotte area, but we have one called Upcycle Arts here. Atlanta also has Scraplanta. I've also been to the Texas Art Asylum in Houston and Thistle Creative Reuse in Denton, TX.
