Quick question can a party scout the entire dungeon to check chest quality, and then. come back later with full PT to clear only the good ones? I'm thinking it might work similar to group dungeons where if you aggro something you hafto kill it or else you wont be able to open any chest
No it's not work similar a group dungeon, if 5 mobs are alive on the floor of the chest, the chest will not open, doesn't matter if someone took the agro or not
How do you get a full party to do these raids? I've been a solo/duo player for the most part. At mmost I've been in a party with 6 or 7 people. How do you do this?

yea this can be done, the gate is ez to destroy with 5 ppl
you cant coz there may be more bosses second floor etc. that have good chest + gates

Raid 9 with gold chest not 8.2 , seems 8.0
Not just that, the loot bounus showed 200%+, 300+, 500+ and 700%+, it's most probably clips from a lot random raids.
