Hey Darrick and Cinnamon love the channel. I want to know more about purchasing a truck. Wifey and I are looking into all options to make money out here.
I highly recommend driving for Hyfield Trucking and using the mentorship. They do a great job helping drivers get great rates. They also sell trucks from their fleet occasionally. They also let you use them as the bank, making it easier to purchase a truck. Hope that's helpful. You can also see if you like it first driving for them.
@ absolutely wifey and I drive on the Panther side of Hyfield Trucking and we like it a lot. However I wanted look more into lease purchase not just leasing the equipment.
I heard it's best to stay away from lease type loans. I take too much for the payments and they can take back the truck at anytime without giving you a reimbursement. I heard horror stories of drivers almost paying off the truck then at rhe last second the company yanks the truck back. I still recommend Patrick and Eric. If you would have a breakdown, I think they also work with the teams that came from their fleet to help them in breakdowns. If we was gonna buy a truck again, they would be our first choice. They was last time. We just found an incredible cheap price from someone we knew.. it just had higher miles. I'd say at least have a conversation with Patrick.
