I would actually read this if it was on ao3. It looks like the two didn’t have such a great encounter with Deuce unlike the original plot. The ending can’t help but make me wonder on what treys motive was? Like we know Trey keeps enabling Riddle’s behavior but to think that he’d betray Ace & Furina 🤔. However, by Trey’s face it’s hard to tell if it was a misunderstanding or intentional.

Trey had only memorized “350 or so,” as stated by him in book 1. But, I believe that the video implies the latter, and Trey actually sets them up. A fun twist if you ask me.
Also I just realized, I don't see Grim anywhere or the last videos of this AU. Judging from the last video with Crowley at the dialogue with what the ghost said, I can assume Furina kept Grim hidden from Crowley and he's staying at the dorm

i don’t know if it’s possible to have sparkling eyes while reading something, because i felt like mine was while reading this comment. you caught on to many things in the video 😭 but the part where you talked about furina being an anomaly & affecting the canon plot was interesting, it’s not really a plot point i thought about so thanks for giving me something to think about! (also as for deuce…he’ll get a redemption in the story eventually)
You potray the expression so well! I can actually sense emotions from the video, the eerie atmosphere and how the video was a bit dark was a nice touch! This is getting so interesting~
I didn’t think someone would notice the coloring changes but thank you for picking up on it!! I did them really deliberately (like bright tones for the lighter & simpler scenes and in *specific* scenes, the coloring was a bit darker etc) so again thanks for paying close attention :)

Well i supposed if they so pure and innocent they wouldn't be in NRC in the first place, everyone have a dark side. For example, Crowley feel like mc is nothing, Trey set them up instead of forgetting the rule. I would love to see you potray other characters too ❤. Keep up the good work.

Knowing how cunning they are and how Furina is about Justice (correct me if I’m wrong, I don’t know much about genshin.) I’m not the best analyst so excuse me if it’s quite shitty ;; I’m gonna look at deuces character a bit further in this. We all know Deuce is a mama’s boy who strives to be an honor student, but we; the audience, know about Deuce’s delinquent past. So we can assume that one of Deuce’s reasons for booking it is due to his promise to himself to not make his mother worry again. I’m gonna pick up a few pieces from Deuce’s Wikipedia, “Because he aspires to be an honor student, Deuce does his best to be punctual and succeed academically, although this doesn’t always work out in his favor. In most situations, he relies more on instinct than intellect.” The quote I just picked may talk about Deuce’s academic skills, but this can also be used to tell us that Deuce relies on instinct. Now supporting this piece, we can look at the chandelier incident whether it be the original story or this video. Deuce comes up with a plan to throw Ace at a chandelier (or we can assume deuce drops a cauldron in this video) and completely fails and ends up breaking it in the process. “So why did he book it?”, Like we said earlier-Deuce is aiming to become someone his mother can be proud of. What’s the use of that when he’s already in trouble on his first day? I’m gonna end it here since I’m coughing like crazy but this is just me rambling and could have nothing to do with how ur making this story. It’s more of her tired self that’s being portrayed here. Her personality is more toned down from her flamboyant side and there’s a voiceline from her that describes her emotional/mental state in the current AU timeline well [Once the ancient prophecy came to an end and everything was over, I fell into low spirits for a very long time.] So she’s sort of in the depression era but it’s not shown easily in public etc.
I'm very intrigued. Grim isn't anywhere in this au? Something's telling me that after all the overblots (if it still happens in this au), Furina might overblot instead. She is, after all, still a part of a God. The catastrophe could be on par or even greater than what Grim did at the beginning of the game.

It’s not actually confirmed that well in canon because Ace was more pissed at Riddle but Trey… - was the one who suggested to Ace to make a chestnut tart (*specifically a chestnut tart*) - said it was perfect for the unbirthday & Riddle would like it - somehow managed to conveniently forget about the rules even though he’s the *vice dorm leader* (And he would have had the rules memorized otherwise Riddle would be constantly pissed at him for forgetting) Anyways I think he did it on purpose in canon to “pawn off” the troublemaker in Heartslabyul to Ramshackle so there wouldn’t be anymore fighting against Riddle but obviously that’s not what happened in canon and Ace doubled down on Riddle instead.
