There is one more step after 7th, A Class surface is send to engineering department for further development to convert it in to panels by joining the surfaces & thickness will be added. With reference to these panels die maker will manufacture Punch & die for stamping process.

I have a doubt. Do you know if "imagine & shape" workbench is used on f1 world? or just the conventional surface workbenches for modeling. I see in some cases very complex shapes and I see that very diffficult to make in "generative shape" for examle. I´d like to know that, regards!!
I don't have that idea .. but according to basics might be clay model prepared first and then 3d model.

Bhai jaise 1m lenth h.. to 1:4 scale mtlb 25cm , chota kr dena, 1:1 mtlb original size
If car's total volume is 40unit³,
Then the scaled car's total volume would be 10unit³(40×1÷4)
Or is a stick length is 4unit, then the scaled one would be 1unit (4×1÷4)

You are totally wrong, clay modelling is still used in all manufactures even those luxury, the only one i think who don't use it are lada and tata
Step 1 to 5 are most important. Sketching process of car designers take 6 to 1 + years , it's a deep thing and it's a field known as transportation design/car design which is persued through transportation design degree.
