Our pump wouldn't shut off, but it wasn't allowing water into the machine. The door was locked. I read on another page to let the washer run, and the pump would shut off after 20 to 30 minutes. That's what we did, and it shut off. I opened the door and removed part of the load that was too much, and it's running perfectly now.

For me, power on, normal cycle, start, cancel, power off, power on, press and hold “temp” & “select” at the same time, then select 2 for hot water, 9 for spin, then 11 for drain. Repeat 2-9-11 x3 times, then power off and back to normal thx

You may want to open it apart and possibly resolder some contacts
