Regardless with or without the sinigang mix the water will overflow because it is too much, you can make it soft with less water then add water gradually if needed. Each one has a different way of cooking the same food..the important thing is you achieved the taste.

You have to put sinigang mix when the vegetables are cooked cause the vegetables will be rubbery chewy- Inday I suggest that you should stir fry or saute ( sangkutsa) the meat before make your sinigang it’s more tasty and the langsa are removed

Next time cook sisig dodong daniel, its easy to cook sisig. If you have roasted chicken just deboned it and minced the chicken , onions, chicharon a little liver, calamansi or lemon , chile, salt and pepper to taste just mix all together and put a little mayo garnish it with chopped spring onionand thats it.

Dodong Daniel dont put black pepper corn in sinigang, and dont suet in oil just bowl the water, while bowling put onion and tomato then put the meat salt and sessoning like magic sarap if u have there. Bowl the in 15minutes. And then, if meat cook already. Put the sinigang sessoning. And taste.
Mahal this is how you do the sinigang , First cook the pork with tomatoes ang onions with just a little bit water & salt. When its start to boil, adjust the heat to low and cook until its tender, When its tender, put the Rice wash water enough for soup and put all other vegetables, dont over cook the veggies, put a little patis for good taste.

That is also my way of cooking. Less water first to tender the meat, then add water gradually.
