  • The Short Haul provision extended the maximum allowable workday for short haul operations from 12 to 14 hours to correspond with the 14-hour limit for those drivers who are not currently under the regulation. It also increased the air-mile radius from 100 to 150 air-miles to align with the ag exemption.

    The 14 hour day for short haul doesn’t make sense if they’re interested in “safety”

    one of the most important jobs to provide the country with goods but is super regulated doesnt make sense. Less work hours = less work time = less money being paid out by mega corps
