Dr Browns pacifiers

One of my favorite pacifiers as a speech therapist and IBCLC is the Dr Browns pacifier, especially if you’re already using the bottles. It promotes a nice , wide latch that we want for going back and forth from breast to pacifier.

I agree! This is a good pacifier. I got these & come to find out my baby doesn’t like pacifiers.

Love it! Makes great sense! Less pain at the breast when you really shove the nipple in the baby’s mouth

I'm using Como tomo bottles +soothie. Based on. The vid I'll look into this pacifier. Do you recommend the Como tomo bottle nipples?

No, there structure is actually one of the worst, coming from my sons speech therapist. It promotes shallow latching. My son used a different bottle, but ended up not developing a proper swallow because of poor latching on bottles- so I’ve learned a lot now, since I had another baby and wanted to be prepared.

I heard the even flo balance + wide neck, pigeon, & lansinoh are good for deep latch. Simce it doesn’t promote just the nipple put like others

Why pacify a baby? I’m still dealing about pacifiers 😮if they are needing a mother’s nurturing , why pacify? I never have my child a pacifier… I’m lost on this…it ruins their teeth formation as well… Learn your child’s habits and stop the pacifier!
