I make my own Magnesium oil watwr and in a 2oz spray container, I squirt two one-inch eye dropper amounts of Lavender essential oil and Jojoba essential oil, then fill it nearly to top with the Magnesium oil water. Shake well and spritz on joints, hands, elbows. Massage in well. Use as often as needed or want.

NEVER ingest an essential oil, too concentrated. Use diluted in carrier oil (castor or EVOO) in a ratio of 1 to 10% depending on the type of molecules present to prevent side effects, sensitization, phototoxicity etc. Hope this helps
Surprised to see St John’s wort oil not mentioned here. It’s great for any nerve damage/nerve pain imo. I use the vervains too… both the European and blue vervain…either one.

I use frankincense oil on just about everything. Be sure to dilute it with a carrier oil before using or you’ll burn your skin.

I buy mine at whole foods. Fir skin I buy organic but for my laundry I buy conventional. Hopefully that helps you out too!
