Thanks again for your video. One thing I also do is that I check in on my guests during their stay to see how things are going. I also ask the day after the arrive if they found everything they needed when they arrived. I found that during my midway check things would come up that I could have easily answered had they asked or read the check in instructions. So in order to avoid any potential frustrations I ask them a day into their visit if they found everything ok.
When deciding how many towels to leave out, keep in mind the time housekeeping will need to launder them. This can be a real issue on a back-to-back day. I encourage Guests to use the house washer and dryer as needed. As is, I provide 4x in each bathroom--and there are 4.5 of them. Guests also have access to 13 beach/spa towels. My place sleeps 10.
Do you have an airbnb and booking ? Something more is good , did you have an experience with agoda expedia or kayak? I am thinking about them to add . Can I ask you which tools /app you use for work on one calendar and dont find after overbooking..? Thankyou . Really like your channel, happy - that we find !

Thanks for the tips but not being able to personalize with automation is simply not true anymore. There’s multiple AI chatbots that can craft unique responses ontop of sending out all your instructions and rules. You just have to give them the promptd, examples, anf it reads through all your previous messahes
