Snagging work is being done, and still waiting for environment agency to sign off the soak away then we can put the animals in! Christmas break slowed it all down!
We always put one in the straw chopper the way u put 2 in. Easy to get the strings off. Don't think the exlana sheep will like it inside. Good videos and good luck with your new venture 👍
lesson learned, the hard way lol. they are designed for 1 bale. Good to see the woolly critters better as a jumper or on the plate 😀little devils. Hahaha Sheheifer thats a new one. A Hogget or in Lamb Shearling or yearling up North a gimmer . Im assuming the automated scale voice is not the actual end readout as she said 46Kg but the readout was 45.5 Where is Dr Phil ? Hes not posted in a while on his channel the Mrs likes watching him and always looks to spot his Micra as she loves hers of the same colour. Great vid as always Josh Just watching the 2nd instalment on your new Channel " Back My Place " I dont comment a lot as i watch most of the vids on the TV lol.. Good to see your boss lady working with you on the new project . You could have opened the gate for her. I see you have a calf at Dr Phil's who is an escape artist ..
Indeed it was! I shall stick to doing it the way I know it works best! 😅 I think a sheheifer will catch on! 😂 the auto voice only likes whole numbers so will round up anything that is .5 at the end. Dr Phil has a load of videos filmed, but his editor (who happens to be his son) is a very busy man! He loves that red micra! I could have opened the gate for her! 😂 thanks for watching and commenting Martin!
Brilliant sheep video thanks for sharing and showing us the new flock and how they're managed they are a little smaller than our big donkeys but that maybe explains why my back and hips are knackered i need to go for a smaller less mad breed😂
They are the same weight as fat lambs! 😂 but a very uniformed flock now and a fresh start for the farm. Hopefully as more of an easy care type sheep health status will be much improved as well!
Hi Josh them that don't make mistakes don't make anything nice one😅 I would say coffee time Josh. I was on my walk yesterday and saw a sheep well stuck in the edge wet through what a mess. Daft thing sheep I didn't try to help it as the field was flooded next to it. I told a friend who lives across from the farm to tell them. I've learned my lesson helping sheep 😅. It's a great shed and sorting pens. Great video Josh take care.
Don’t do it!!!😅 The top one makes a mockery of you and falls all over the yard!! Then you have to get out and pick it up. Which seems like hard work to me!!😂😂
Well Josh, if you don't try then you don't know plus, you have just confirmed that you are indeed a human, as any human that does not admit their make mistakes is actually a alien! Now I am not sure if I am happy about that or not 😂😂. Baa sheep, who invented them, not even sure I even like them on a plate, but they do make good video content. lol
How is the bull shed coming on any updates ?

Love your new term " Sheffers" makes more sense than " Hoggs".
I know you and Crawfords Farm adore all Sheep. Lol 😆 😆 😆
I think it’ll catch on! Haha! Smart men the pair of us!
Another great video josh nice to see some sheep work on the farm 👍👍👍
Cheers Sandy! 🙌🏼

No the sheep are designed to be outside really, but it’s so wet outside they’ve had to come in. They need to be in for scanning anyway!

That’s true! What is it with sheep and getting stuck in the hedge! You never see a cow do it! Thanks John!
Great work Josh , thanks
Thank you!
Thanks for the video
No problem Sean!
Have they perfected the "self shedding" sheep yet? Or is it still hit and miss with them and she'd less the older they get
To be honest this is the first time I’ve worked with them, so only time will tell!
@@JMFarming hopefully they workout as they will be a huge cost saving not having to sheer them
👍
Good video Josh sheep keeping everyond busy
They certainly are! Won’t be long until scanning and then lambing!
Good on ya for having a go 🤣🤣 I’d have gone one ontop of the other? Worth a shot?
I suppose that’s the next theory to try! 😅

@@JMFarming 🤣🤣 I liked how you had a crack and even mentioned doing it the other way too! It is a research farm at the end of the day!
@@colinwientjens1871 this is true! 😂

Sometimes you just have to scratch that itch you have! I know not to do it again! 😅 thanks Fraser!
Cracking video as always
Thanks Paddy!
Why the lime on the floor ? Sorry if its obvious but...
Not a silly question at all! The lime helps fight against and bacteria, hopefully meaning much less disease build up in the pens
Not certain which was your worst error…believing us Google experts or forgetting an SD card.
Both are unforgivable in my eyes! 😂

Love it!
Never listen to the experts in the comments.
Haha I suppose that’s been proven to be good advice! 😅
Try one on top of other J
