For me, Richard Greene immortalized the character of Robin Hood. He was to Robin Hood what Johnny Weismuller was to Tarzan, and what Clayton Moore was to The Lone Ranger: the quintessential Robin Hood -- there can never be another, in my mind, at least.

I watched this as a very young child, I loved the Sheriff and remember being upset when they changed the Sheriff (the one in this episode) to a new Sheriff but I soon got used to him. Thanks for posting.
