@@sharkk127 They only look nice because of how painted they are. Under that paint is just rust. Hell, they were probably already stripped of parts way before they seen the track to fix up other rides.

Cars that are now rare and in some cases ones that I find interesting being wasted. That poor Hudson for example.. It survived as a road car for ~70 years to end up now as a lowly banger racer. I wonder if they have cats as pets and are infected with toxicara. I don't know if there's a definite link in humans, but they do seem to be more on the darwin awards side than the other drivers, who just seem to be a shell short of an egg.
I think they might be required to hit another vehicle within a predetermined time frame, like American demolition derbies. Of course, since these cars are actually racing, they may not be able to control exactly how they run into each other, considering its a dirt track and the vehicles quickly lose alignment.
