@@edgar_ferraz_real-estate-agent no one expects workmen to work for free. However a reality check is often needed with ruins so as not to get too carried away with a dream. Head versus heart situation. Would be useful to understand the kind of works required and ball park figures for renovation.

The amount of work will depend a lot on the standards of each person, per example a roof in a house like this can be between 8 to 16 thousand. When clients visit in person I always give my opinion and advice. You can be sure that sometimes I am a bit like the dream killer and try to show people the reality, sometimes people just need to go through the process and they don’t really take you serious 

Gostei da casa .mas ! Tem que trocar o telhado e o forro .. essa madeira no teto da cozinha é horrível,será que tem como tocar por uma de concreto?? E tem que subir o forro do primeiro pavimento é muito baixo. A casa do quintal tem que demolir ,está caindo não dá pra aproveitar nada...e limpar todo o quintal em volta da casa...trocar os pisos e fazer banheiro novo..🤔eu ofereceria um valor .porque tem que gastar uns 50 000 euros pra colocar bonitinha
