I'm disappointed in the PM for allowing Audley Shaw to continue. Shaw is way past his best. He's not well and support for the party is waning in his constituency, as had reflected in the recent local government elections. Shaw is my relative and we're from the same community, but I strongly believe that he should make way for a much younger and dynamic person.
We need some of these older head so some of hour younger heads get a few skills from.you nuh see pnp full a dem all when dem out them come a try showa a showa all in the grave friend
The PM didn't make him return. It's the people voted him in. Shaw should be the one to realise that it's time he retire. He's very selfish in my opinion
Good sense must prevail in our political system to ensure that no person serve or represent any political party after he or she is over 70 years. Sucession planning must be a part of the policy of these parties to identify persons with conventional leadership qualities and good morals, so that the baton can be passed on to them to assume political representation roles. No one should be allowed to determine his exit, only when his faculty is gravely eroded. This would be selfishness, myopic and detrimental to good political leadership. Opportunity must be given to young generation to shine thereby changing the political culture.

I am 100% in support. I wouldn't blame Andrew it the delegates who want him there but it's a waste of time. The consistency need to be rebuilt
