People you’re all responsible to dispose your garbage in proper garbage containers , stop littering the streets. Pls keep your city and your county clean. And Jamaica public works departments pls to keep the drainage system clean at all times.
These flooding problems in Westmoreland is nothing new, that specific area has been flooding over 20 years and nothing has been done to solve the problem.
Saw a gardener by Cassava Piece throw a box that stove would come in, into the gully and walk away like it something he would normally do. That is why gully back up and ppl catch in flood water drown due to debris.
