Oh there's nothing quite like the first time. You'll have a blast. Glad we could help! Maybe we'll see you on the farm (just start shouting "It's the Bonnaroo survival guys!")
Great video! I'm preparing for my first Bonnaroo.. So you got there Wednesday night to set up camp and had to wait in line all night? I'd love to hear what time you got there and what your strategy would be for next year. Thanks so much!
AMaeTV we got there around 11am on Thursday the next year and the line was way less crazy. We got in relatively quickly. But I think it's kind of a crapshoot. Good luck this year if you're going!
Great job on the video! This will be out seventh year attending and i think a lot of people would benefit from your video. Maybe you should post this on Inforoo ? have a great time !
W-flag Groups Recommendation The W group has been going to Bonnaroo for the last 6 years we started with a group of 5, in 2015 we will be over 30 strong. We travel with 4 rv and 2 companion vehicles to make our festival experiences as best as possible here is just a brief list of this we believe will make your experiences better. 1. Groups of 6 or more bring an rv its only $350 per person 2. Drug Testing kit 3. Plenty of water (every one of use as at least a 2 liter camelbak that we fill twice a day) 4. Plenty of food and snack bar 5. Baby wipes and sanitize wipes 6. Pedialyte or some sort of electrolyte enriched water 7. Glow stick (you have to sneak them in but it's well worth it we gave out of 20,000 glow stick last year) 8. A flag (I can't stress how important a flag can be for finding your group when you are inside the festival, our group has gotten so big we travel with 3 flag. A Chicago Cubs W, Captain Planet, and a new one for this year) 9. First Aid Kit (included Inhalers, prescription drugs, and any other medical supplies you might need) 10. Group Costume or outfit, your there to have fun and by dressing up you won't only make it more fun for yourself but the people around you as well. 11. Some way to wash yourself, no one wants to smell your stank. Really though I shower every morning and it makes me feel so much better. 12. A hat or something to shade your face. 13. Good shoes I'd recommend keen or chacos they don't look the best but they serve their purpose 14. Something to record your experience with, phone, flip cam, gopro..... 15. Don't Sleep (I would guess our group averages about 2 hours of sleep max, your only there for a few day go hard have fun and be safe)
Old video but still a good guide. Also bring some jumper cables. If not you, someone else’s car will die from charging their phone without running the engine you can be a life saver
Can I save a camp spot for my friend or do you have to park according to the way the cars pull in after waiting in line to get in? And is it pretty easy to get lost or where there be signs showing which way to get to a certain camp site? Thanks for the helpful video!
You cannot save a spot for your friend, they get pretty strict about following their directions when you first pull in to camp. And it is pretty easy to get lost my biggest tip to to look for the closest "balloon" you see in the sky that indicates your pod or plaza. When coming back to your tent just look for the "balloon"
Ky Kicks that's why we recommend living in a trailer year-round. Just bring the whole house. That way you'll be sure you didn't leave any important items at home. Better safe than sorry.

Ibuprofen is not a good hangover treatment, causes liver damage. About that hammer for tent stakes they confiscated mine on entry. They said it could be a weapon, but every car comes with a tire iron.
uuUtan1st it just depends on which person you get at the main gate. I had a trunk full of tools (for work) and he let me slide. Personally, you'd probably get along better with a rubber mallet. On the other hand, hands can be weapons too and there is no good reason that they took your hammer. More people die from vehicle related accidents than hammer related incidents and the whole campsite of full of cars. It doesn't have to make sense
Kayla Jean actually too many of yall go to the Manchester Wal-Mart, but that just makes everything awful for us locals so go to the McMinnville Wal-Mart Tullahoma Wal-Mart or another town's Wal-Mart if you have time. these towns are just 10-15 minutes away from the Farm. Please try, and spread out. It's awful having an extra 100k people which we love it, but do remember this is our home so we get frustrated trying to live our loves during this week. Happy Roo! See you next year!
Please respect our home. All of you are extremely rude, and litter our beautiful homes like crazy. We love everyone here at Roo. Please respect our home.

see y'all at the farm!
Also if there's anyone who does forget something important there is a Walmart right up the road a little ways but I'd only use that as a last resort
