this was such a beautiful vlog of your thrifting/yarn shopping adventures! also absolutely in love with the two test squares you showed at the end- do you happen to know what they're called/where one might find a tutorial for those? they're gorgeous and such a unique take on a traditional granny square!
thanks so much! 💕 the crochet squares at the end were made using a tutorial on youtube! the video is called “Crochet Modern Stylish Granny Square for beginners” by kimcraft. I love the unique style of it too!! 😍
@@ameyasrealm ahh, thank you so much! i went looking for it last night and spent hours all over the internet, but simply somehow didn't come across the actual tutorial 😭 appreciate you!
hi Ameya, recently I discovered your music posted like 5 years ago. Please, can you tell me (if you still remember ofc) something more about the technical side? For example what interface, effects, programmes you used back then. I feel really inspired by your sound, your answer is very important for me - I am currently working on my first EP.
that’s so lovely to hear 🥰 5+ years ago, I did everything on Garageband! I was just learning as I went and mostly played around with the tools on garageband and just recorded the electric guitar and vocals (often double tracked) with a very basic mic and Focusrite Scarlett interface for guitar. in terms of effects, I love using lots of reverb and some delay! one of my songs, ‘moment in the sun’, was recorded in a university studio and my friend produced it so I don’t know much about the technicalities of that song sorry!! wishing you all the very best with your EP! 💙
this is the best video I've watched in a minute. so fun, informative, and amazing editing
aww that means a lot!! thank you for commenting :)
what a beautiful place! can't wait to see what all those cool pieces inspire you to make
thanks! I’ve already been doing a lot of crocheting with the yarn I got 🥰
