Cristi's gonna win. She has the least cringe factor among all. Her approach in this entire season is a mix of Bea's and Michelle's. I really don't buy the relatability because that factor has never been in the equation of MUPH's since its first independent edition. It's the undeniable aura that the winner always exudes. Now to all the fans, tell me who among the contestants that has this effortlessly? Don't try to rub your favorites, open your critical eyes and you'll see Christi's got this.

Pia W., Miss Universe herself, is supporting Christi, as evidenced by her recent Instagram post. I believe this is the first time Pia has openly stated who she believes will win the MUPH crown. Coming from a legitimate Miss Universe, her eyes and mouth are already beyond comparison. You can all yell out your favorites, but come back here and tell me who is rallying your faves that are at least as credible as Pia's. Show your receipts.

Agree one hundred percent. MU should crown the most deserving of the title, not who MU thinks will have the best chance of winning in Mexico. After all, no one is really sure what MU judges are looking for. My research shows there is no prototype nor a formula for Miss Universe. Just look at the variety of winners from the Philippines alone - Gloria Diaz, Margie Moran, Pia Wutzbach, and Catriona Gray. Do they even have a common type of beauty? Let's take our chance on who really deserves the crown based on the criteria we have set as Philippne MU and not on what we perceive as what the Miss Universe franchise is looking for. Alexie is the best option we have and I will be very proud to have her represent our country. She is intelligent, hard-working, confident and beautiful in and out. Let us all support this Ilongga! Win or lose!

Ahtisa's backstory is quite similar with Alexie. Both were born and raised in poverty. Both were raised by their grandmas. Both sold stuff to make ends meet. Ahtisa joined pageants to fund her schooling starting in 4th grade. Both have not met their fathers. Both were college scholars with Ahtisa getting an accounting degree. Both have given honors to the Philippines with Alexie in sports and Ahtisa with her 1st RU Miss International.
Ahtisa was able to help her family get out of poverty by starting her food business company from scratch at the age of 20 and she now employs thousands of Filipinos. Ahtisa is the proudest about being able to fund the schooling of her two younger siblings. Ahtisa would be trending also since she is 1st RU in MI in 2018 and she's also joining her other Miss International sisters like DR who placed 4th RU in 2022 and maybe Peru (2nd RU in 2022) if she wins in MU Peru.
Don't know about Alexie's financial status but she should be doing better since she's been a model.
@@Bellajane127 It's not the same . Athisa's backstory is the same from other previous beauty pagent while Alexie's is sports and it gives so much pride to the Philippines.. In the international stage , the latter is stronger . Sports is number one in Europe and North America. The good back story is from sports to beauty pagent.

It’s frustrating how Pinoys show the same fanaticism here like they do in politics: supporting candidates only because they came from their own hometown or because of social media campaign, not because of their own merit as per pageant criteria!

I don think Raul and Anne will let Philippines win even if the Filipina candidate is a love child of Albert Einstein and Oxana! lucky if the Philippine representative makes it to the top ten…..
