a lot of these are incorrect. The wife of a prime minister cannot be a first lady as a prime minister would have either a president or monarch above him in precedence which means his spouse cannot be first place

It is strange to claim that the "First Lady" (a term totally unknown in many countries is the most powerful woman in the country. In many countries, the spouse of the president or prime minister has no influence at all. At least, this seems to apply to European countries.
