Hey Diya! You can add Mexican black beans to the quesadillas too and for the sides, have mashed avocado with diced onion, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper with the quesadillas. it tastes amazing!!!! you can also have this avocado dip with corn chips!

Thanks Pooja for your concern..I know it was a little bit too much maida in all the recipes, I was thinking the same, but this was just one off weekend, where we indulged in so much maida, cheese and butter etc. I try and balance otherwise. 💜
