Wife beater tank tops. These are designed to be undershirts and can be used to hide nipples by wearing them underneath a shirt or even a t-shirt. But wearing it as a standalone tank top is not sexy because it looks casual, and you look like a Guido. Instead, wear a white tank top that is not an undershirt. The fabric is more jersey-inspired and will not be so tight to make you look like a sausage. You can wear this tank top or as a base layer underneath a button-up. A more stylized version of a tank top that has ribbing around the collar and the arms should also not be super tight. Cut-off t-shirts with open holes on the sides also look terrible on any guy. Booby fat and midsection softness can be seen. Removing the sleeves from the shirt will cause men to look more narrow than a shirt with tighter armholes.
Non-custom white dress shirts. It's never been easier or more affordable to order custom shirts online. Take your measurements, and boom, you get a fantastic shirt that fits you. Do not buy off-the-rack white dress shirts because of the muffin top, which the military tuck doesn't work because the shirt pops out as soon as you move. A custom white button-up dress shirt can minimize perceived negatives and not be big and baggy. You can also take the shirt to the next level by having it tailored. They can dart small sections of fabric to tailor it to make it look even more impressive.
Dorky little boy polos. No self-respecting, stylish dude should rock a striped shirt, whether or not it's a sweater, Henley, or Polo. Striped polos are particularly terrible because they make you look like a dorky little boy. Upgrade your polo and look more stylish. Collars & Co makes sexy badass polos that fit amazing and will not make you look like a sausage.
Button-down collars with suits. A button-down collar is more casual and looks fine underneath a sweater. As soon as you slip on a jacket, the collar must be unbuttoned because it's inconsistent. A button-down color is casual and looks terrible when mixed with a suit. If you're not wearing a jacket, you can get away with wearing a button-down collar.
Sports jerseys. You should only wear one of these if you're going to a sporting event, if you're a gamer, or if you're possibly going to a bar to watch a game. They look stupid otherwise.
Skin-tight athletic shirts. Guys wearing skin-tight Under Armor type shirts can look chubby and fat -- and make them look like they're trying too hard. Wear something that's not skin-tight, reflective, or shiny. Wearing spandex shirts when you manscape can cause the stubble to show underneath, and the stubble can stick to the shirt like Velcro. Instead, wear a cotton shirt that's a bit looser.
Ugly pit-stained shirts. Yellow discoloration on any shirt is nasty. Typically, it's caused by the aluminum in an antiperspirant deodorant. Make sure you excommunicate these stained items from your wardrobe. Also, make sure you know how to do your laundry. Understand that you must separate your whites from your darks and not just throw everything together, or else your whites will be gray.

Hey Alpha! Just saying, James Bond (Daniel Craig especially) sometimes wears button down collar shirts with suits. Mostly they lean toward a more casual feel. Not quite so formal. I am 100% with you on the sports jerseys and skin tight sports shirt outside of the gym scene. Love my Bueno hair products, btw! Cheers, brother.

Don't buy it! Do some research first before promoting a brand. A quick search will learn that their products are low quality and high priced too. I ordered 4 items of which 1 wrong size and 2 wrong products were delivered. Oh, they are 100% polyester and use cardboard in their shirts.

Its ridiculous when companies say " moisture working shirt " , and the shirt is like 80% polyester.. it just makes you sweat like crazy..what you want is 100% cotton, or a mix of cotton/linen, or 100 % linen for the summer...

You may leave the house in a tank top, but only to mow the lawn. Jerseys are also acceptable at a friend's house to watch the game, or a fantasy draft. That's about it. They make you look low-class otherwise. The other thing that bugs me: STOP tucking in your flannels. Anything with a plaid/flannel print does NOT get tucked in. You'll automatically look like you're 80.

I've known a number of good old country boys who have rocked the button up with the sleeves cut off. It worked for them. Of course you look like a dork in that striped shirt. You're wearing glasses that are too big for you and you have the shirt buttoned all the way up. Probably look like a dork in any shirt if you did that.

Hi, I'm not Alpha and I can say women sometimes don't even know what they mean. However, I sort of understand what she means, some guys have a different energy, like very manly and sometimes they may not even be that attractive. While others may be attractive in the way that you would want to show him off but that's it. Probably a sexually attractive man would be someone like...Jason Momoa and a just attractive man probably would be someone like Timothee Chalamet or whatever. And Henry Cavill can piss off cause he has both.

This video is a bit rife with inconsistency. Like the sponsored black polo...which veritably screams "douchebag" even louder than a white tank top. The button down collar oxford shirt was an ivy league staple that was so regularly matched with blazers and sport coats, they eventually crossed over onto suits (especially Sunday afternoons, where church going types often bled casual over into formal). You still see New England politicians (or nearly every other politician) do it all the time -- take that however you will. But it was once a VERY old money move. Unlike that Collars and Co. shirt. It's fine if you wanna dodge a lot of the preppy look, especially if it feels too stodgy blue blood. But nouveaux gauche aspirational hustle-boy isn't exactly a look to pursue either.
None of this matters for alphas. They can wear anything they want and still be attractive

I don't agree with you on the athletic shirts, Alpha. The reason is because they are comfortable and they don't keep a lot of sweat if you're working out really hard and some don't chafe if you're overweight like me and running or jumping too much. And also, cotton shirts don't last that much. Sometimes your taste can be a little sketchy. Your sneaker taste is a little bad. I hate ugly dad sneakers but the ones you wear sometimes aren't that great either. Love the content either way.
