Why I don't have an update notification from the DJI App is still a mystery for me.
And of course I appreciate the new updated from DJI, but in the same I am disappointed 👎
I want my P3 to have the same filter detection just like the P2 !!!
Now every time when I am trying to remove the filter when my P3 is still ,,ON"
I can hear how the motors are literally screaming.
Please DJI, bring that filter detection from P2 BACK 👍
I have a Sony A7iv but since getting the Pocket 3 this has been the go-to for video, especially the 4K and the Slow-mo which is awesome.

I’ve got the Fx30 haven’t used it since I got the pocket3 😂!!! If they had interchangeable lenses I wouldn’t need it at all!!!😂

Amazing camera and a very informative video. I have replaced my sony Rx100vii and nikon DSLR.
Recently went to florida . So easy to put in your pocket and carry around. Photo quality is very very good along with the amazing 4k video
I am trying to figure out if i wish to use for camera photo shoots and also do film projects if this is worth the buy? or stick with DSLR for photo and buy different camera for video projectS?
Still no tap and hold to lock exposure on the Pocket screen which is ridiculous! Still need to do that in the Mimo app - I don't want to launch an app just to lock exposure, can't believe this has not been fixed yet as it's fundamental!

Totally agree. The hack is to switch to Manual in the Exposure Pro screen, but I'm not sure what is more annoying that or using the Mimo app. Please get DJI to take note.
I agree with the notif hope they update it. I have memory card unsupported everytime I press record it pops up on my screen and I have to swipe it up uggh

I hope they make a rainproof version someday. This would be an amazing travel vlogging camera, but unfortunately the fact that it cannot take being rained on takes it out of the contenders list for me.

Main camera is Sony ZV-E1
the UVC webcam mode in 4k on OBS does not work. It will still show 1080p on the Osmo screen and they still forgot to fix the vertical video issue in webcam mode. Even you saw that in your video. It's near impossible to grab the corner and center the image in 16:9 when the OP3 is sending a vertical signal.
I own 2 pocket 2s. In good light I cannot see the diff with the 3. Side by side..video looks the same. Low light of course diff...but the 2 is smaller lighter more discreet....the 3 is a great cam but I'm happy with the 2 in most circumstances.

The is a motion Timelapse feature, but no waypoint feature unfortunately
Will the next firmware update include photo shutter speed up to 25 seconds long? Also, internal Prores Raw video recording?
DJI would need to get licensing from Apple to include ProRes Raw in the OP3. Which may increase the price.
Have you got any videos that show the Pocket3 in real world use? I can only see reviews. How do you use the P3 day to day?

Do you think they will ever make it to where you can pair a DJI drone remote with a screen so a second operator could control movements or view the footage live while it’s being shot? I think this would be an insane improvement for indie film makers getting started.

1:29 The new FPV lock mode does not maintain the horizontal level and behaves as if the gimbal is turned off (just like a regular camera).
Still using my pocket1. Not sure why nobody makes videos about it anymore.

I always need to use nd filter day when i am recording .Shutter speed 100 otherwise picture is blown up white exposure
yeah definitely one of the things i have noticed too, over exposure is a problem in certain scenarios

But when is day time its disaster even when its cloudy . ND filters are must
You really dont want to record in shutter speed 8000
One negative for this is you can use ND recording inside indoor then filter must be stripped .

Battery handle died on me and dji says its an accessory and not repairable under warranty smh

Does anyone know how to turn off the DJI watermark on videos? Please help.
When you go to export from the Mimo App there is an option to turn off the watermark or to change the type of watermark. It’s in the top right

The new firmware this year includes a disaster feature. I have sent the following message to DJI:
Please DJI remove this disaster firmware from the Osmo Pocket 3. I did a firmware upgrade. And now I have the following disastrous feature on my beloved Osmo P3: "Added cancel recording function. Users can press and hold the Shutter/Record button to cancel during recording. The footage will not be stored after cancelling....A disaster feature. Last weekend I lost several important video recordings because I pressed the red record button too long. Who comes up with something like that? To me, this makes the Osmo P3 an unreliable camera (you're kind of playing roulette with your recordings). Proposal: a) remove this feature via a firmware update; b) make the feature optional c) make the "press and Hold function" only work after 4 seconds.
this is very small update, not big.

DJI doesn't listen to customer feedback.
They still hasn't implementem the MOST IMPORTANT option "lock focus and exposure" by touching and holding the screen. Every smartphone in the world has this option.
This is absolutely neccessary.
Mine doesn’t transfer videos wirelessly to the app. I reported the issue with a log report. My memory card is slow it says. Have a new one on the way. Was using a SanDisk Ultra 256gb.
The app is horrible, only thing I don’t like about this camera 🤦♂️
Turn off your phone service if you have an iPhone then open the app, it’s a hassle to do but it’s the only thing that works for me, hope this helps 🙏

@@nochillmustafa Hi, you can also opt to buy memory card adapter and you can directly transfer files from memory card to your phone just by connecting the adapter to your device. It’s like OTG.
