    Same thing for me. This is the last Fitbit product I will ever buy. I had three or four other models which all died on me. I thought it was because I worked out and ran too excessively and sweat too much. I bought this one because it was supposed to be waterproof. Piece of garbage like all the others, just more expensive.

      Well yes, I got the device replaced by contacting Fitbit support

      Mine to last year March, 2018 my Alta was replaced and the icon is having it's second major issue. Looking at the views on each video...the total is telling me something about the Fitbit???? Problems
