A super easy and delicious queso dip (for Super Bowl) is Velveeta, no bean chili and Rotelle melted and mixed. Especially good with the corn chip dippers. 😋👌

Your vegetarian loves chick peas, so I'm thinking you all may love mock tuna salad for sandwiches. You mash the chick peas, add everything you'd add to tuna salad like mayo, celery, onion, and then sprinkle on Furikake (Walmart has it; it's great for lots of things like rice and salads). I love tuna salad, but I challenge anyone to tell the difference! So good!
I bought the knife set yesterday and am very happy with it. Did I accidentally cut myself (very minor)...yes. I haven't kept up with keeping my go to knives sharp and learned a valuable lesson.

Tip my mother gave me, check each egg. Yes, it's time consuming but sometimes the cracks are on the back or bottom. (I always do this in my my cart so that I'm not anyone's way) Last time I got eggs was 3 weeks ago when they were $3.67 a dozen. Cashier tried to put the 2 dozen eggs in the large section of the cart instead in front where you put a child. I had to tell her not to do that cuz those eggs were precious cargo! Since I don't have kids, I always put the eggs and bread in the top front of the cart. Another tip from my Mom, have a small box in the car for the eggs. I keep a roll of paper towels in the car and use that to cushion the eggs. You could also use an old baby blanket or clothes to cushion the eggs.
I do the same thing because I've learned that sometimes there is a minor crack on the bottom of the egg as well. It may be time consuming but worth the extra time.
I just gently move each egg with a finger because if there is a crack on the bottom then leak would have likely hardened in the cooler making the egg stick to the bottom and not budge. It only takes a few seconds.
