  • Oh la la, it's been over 2 years of almost daily celery juicing! I wanted to do a little update to discuss the health improvements I've seen throughout this process. Let me know if you've jumped on the celery juice train and what your experience has been like!

    Medical Medium explains that eczema and psoriasis (and sadness & depression) all stem from heavy metals. If you add the MM Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie to your morning, it will do so much for you! The CJ loosens up the metals and the HMDS will grab all the tiny particles and carry them successfully out of your body. Glad you are helping people introducing CJ to them.       Awesome!!! Have you noticed any changes since you started CJ? I feel like it has helped my health soooooo much since I started. It was a rocky journey and I felt like my health got a bit worse before it got better, but I'm so glad I did it. I used to be super sensitive to so many foods, but I can finally eat certain things again without any problems, woohoo!

    Great to know! I’ve tried it a few times during the craze a few years ago and felt great but forgot about it when celery became hard to find because of the craze! I’ll have to try again. Especially for energy.

    I have Epilepsy and I can not touch MSG i get sick as a dog .

      Ugh, MSG makes me so sick, too. And sadly it's in a lot of stuff, particularly vegan stuff (I'm not vegan, but do like to have vegan stuff now and again). Anything vegan and cheese-flavored always seems to have nutritional yeast...which is MSG. I'm asking for at least 2 days of a migraine with that... Glad you know that MSG triggers you - so important to know this stuff!

    i dont think it s a food sensitivity some of it could be psychosomatic too.. stress can impact a great deal on the body it s no joke specially if you're naturally an overthinker .. but mainly and really i believe your microbiome colonies in the gut are poor and can barely process anything so eat more yogurt with probiotics if that doesn't go then there's other options kombucha or sauerkraut or kimchi or sour milk there s also this little probiotic capsules you can get OTC at any pharmacy always consult with your doctors first tho i personally make sauerkraut at home great option

      MM Anthony williams the source of all the benefits of drinking CJ strongly recommends avoiding eggs dairy and fermented foods in particular as well as msg flavourings, gluten. maize, corn and soy products. plus his heavy metal detox smoothie is the excelerator pedal for health recovery. A key piece.

      I've been learning a lot about psychosomatic stuff and also working to release tension/trauma from the body. Now after a few years of celery juicing, the only real food sensitivity I seem to still have is gluten (still get nasty migraines from it). Buuuut I also have endometriosis and had a major surgery for that, which coincidentally also seemed to reduce a lot of my food sensitivity issues. So maybe it was all just so much inflammation in my body making everything freak out. I can now eat yogurt again, so have been eating a fair amount of that, and also have probiotics on the way (just had a consult with someone to really fine-tune reproductive and thyroid hormone function).       I avoided eggs and dairy for many years, but recently started adding them back in for protein. So far I'm not having any reactions and I think my body was a bit weak from removing a lot of protein sources. I still incorporate a fair amount of MM, but found doing it too closely just felt too rigid and anxiety-inducing. Thanks for commenting, though!

    I try to feed celery to a nice horse friend. He was NOT impressed with celery. Horses are very picky.

      3/day ..the cost of a coffee...which i've given up due to the unhelpful effects of the caffeine
