I can listen to Alicia for 30 min talk about things I already know just bc of who she is. But it’s more than it helps digestion - she shared her personal experiences that showed having it sporadically is pretty pointless.
Would love to hear your celery juicing results if you've tried it. Comment below and share your experiences to inspire everyone looking to the comment section for more information. :)
I did the same! 369 advanced many times and it wasn’t improving so much What really changed was the long monocleanses with papaya and bananas in the evening. And this year I feel I need to do it again as after moving to another country my digestion is week again 😩 and I’m still all raw!
So interesting! I'm sure that stress from moving is a big factor. Stress for me is the biggest factor of all. My body has been conditioned into fight or flight over many years and I'm really working on calming it down. Sending huge hugs your way and hoping you find balance soon!
I’ve been drinking celery juice for years. You’re exactly right, one week is not enough time for someone to make a clear evaluation! Thank you for breaking it down!
Awesome video, Alicia, and thank you for sharing! I've been having celery juice every day since late February 2020 and really love it! Of course, I'm someone who ate a pound of celery with lunch for 10 years. Ordinarily, I have 16 to 20 ounces. I buy a half-case of celery, typically running 15 heads a week. I leave out five large outer stalks-about three-quarters of a pound-and chop them into thirds for chewing on during breakfast and lunch. I follow the celery juice with another juice, which I decided to mix with my grape smoothie after having it separate for a while (breakfast was taking too long to have, and I wondered about whether the juice, when mixed with a smoothie, would enable me to absorb more nutrients as opposed to running through me quickly, as some juice critics suggest.) This second juice is made from most of one head of romaine, one cucumber and three each of mid-size minneolas or oranges and Granny Smith apples. Lately, I've been experimenting with sometimes having a teaspoon of coconut oil before the juice-grape smoothie. Vitamins A, D, E and K are reliant on some fat, some say, so I'm curious whether this small addition would enable me to pull more nutrients out of these juice-smoothies. I am also experimenting with having 1 tablespoon of coconut oil after watermelon meals to improve satiation. Many times, watermelon is not sweet enough and therefore doesn't contain enough calories, resulting, for me, in a spacey feeling from which I couldn't recover during the day and even affecting me the following day. So far, with a bit of coconut oil, this hasn't been an issue.
So interesting, Brian! Thank you for sharing this. I forget about those particular vitamins needing some fat to absorb. Sometimes I don't have any fats in a day so that's a helpful reminder to make sure I get some everyday. I've been needing to add celery to my fruit meals lately so I don't feel sleepy afterward. It makes a huge difference for me.
I almost bought the new omega juicer I think it’s called the MM 900 that Anthony Williams is promoting gets more juice out of the celery. But I already have an omega juicer that looks very similar to that and does a pretty good job. Let us know if you ever get the MM 900 and compare it to the one you have
Yes, I love my Omega juicer! It works so well. I've used it so much, I've worn out some of the parts and recently had to replace them. So happy the motor is still working beautifully!
a very very simple thing to do but very important...when you get up in the morning, before you put any 'stuff'' in your body, even water, go for a short, ten to fifteen minute walk, then you can start putting 'stuff', including water, into your body...the biggest energy expenditure your body uses during the day is dealing with the 'stuff' we put into our bodies, including water, so, get the blood flowing first before we begin the outside/ in input...
@Jules if you study 'comparative physiology' the ideal food 'stuff' we are made to eat is fresh fruits and vegetables in season preferably locally grown and not fractured...any thing else and the body must use energy to create homeostasis, or cope...sorry Jules, look around, what you call 'normal people' is total insanity...physically, mentally, and emotionally...
18 dollars on some days to juice 32 ounces of celery juice? At Whole Foods, you can buy 32 ounces of fresh celery juice at the juice bar for 8 dollars. You may as well just do that.
Thanks for sharing this tip. Luckily I can get really large bunches for $2 at the farmers market but I will keep this in mind if I run into that situation again.
So it's a thing only well off people can do. 540$ for just celery juice per month and all it does is improve your stomach acid production a little bit. Not enough to get rid of food sensitivities or be able to discontinue the celery juice. Not to mention it's high in oxalates, so it can make matters worse as it did for me. MM is a quack.
I’ll save you 15 minutes. It helped her digestion.
Thank you
Thanks

What's the longest amount of time that one should drink it everyday to know for sure that it's benefiting them?
You're welcome! Thank you for sharing your experience here. 😇

Hi
rawsynergytv. do you think it helps with Low Stomach Acid?
Yes, I believe it does! It really seems to help balance the stomach acid levels to where they need to be.
MM protocoles work really long term - months or years not a week THATS SURE! Healing takes time! And it’s ups and downs on the way
So true! Patience and persistence are key.

Eat fish! It saved my digestion after 2 years on 80/10/10 raw vegan ☺️
Did eating fruits and vegetables hurt your digestion?

Applecider vinegar lowers stomach acid
